Today, I will tell you how to cook Macaroni soup the easy way. This is our favorite especially for breakfast. It is delicious at the same time it is also healthy. The kids and kids at heart will surely love it.
So let's start.
You will need:
1 medium onion minced
2 cloves garlic minced
1/4 kilo chicken cut in small pieces
1/2 kilo cabbage slice in strips
1 pc carrots sliced in strips
1/2 kilo macaroni
1 can evaporated milk
1 Knorr cubes (Chicken flavour)
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
In a medium heat deep pan, saute the onion and garlic until slightly brown.
Add in the chicken and saute slightly. Add 1 liters of water.
Add the macaroni and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes or until the macaroni is cooked.
Add the knorr cubes, carrots and cabbage. You can also add more water if you want.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
Pour in the 1 can evaporated milk for a creamy macaroni and it's ready to serve.
If you don't have an evaporated milk you can just use powdered milk instead.
