Good morning noise lovers, today I will introduce you to a very delicious dish that is famous in the city I live in, the dish is called Belen pan. It is made with Lamb or Cube Veal. Tomatoes, peppers, onions, garlic are put in it, all of these products are blended and a sauce made with tomato paste is put on it. Finally, the dough is placed in a pan and cooked in this way in stone hearth ovens. It looks cooked in the photo. Bon appetit ☺️☺️
