As the days pass, we started to see fruits and vegetables that we have not seen before in our country. The name of this vegetable is Hokkaida zucchini, it is a vegetable I have seen for the first time. I don't know what to do. We fill some bowls with rice and eat them. We eat some zucchini by making dessert. I have no idea whether this squash is eaten for dessert or as a meal. I did not buy it for this reason. Has anyone seen or eaten this vegetable before?

Your harvest is looking great. I haven’t tried these yet.
Looks like a tangerine to me. How does it taste?
Curiously I have never eaten this vegetable here it's not common... only green zucchini or pumpkins but it looks nice
So this this is a red kuri squash, a firm and tender flesh, not as watery aspumpkins, with a delicious flavor of chestnuts😋 this is my favorite squash ever!
