This is the reason why it is necessary to have at least 3GB of free space in your smartphone. Hence, this could be one of the main reasons why your Alexa App Not Working.

From the settings, check the space left on your smart device. If your smartphone doesn’t have enough space, delete all the unused files and folders especially the videos. 

You can save the photos and the videos in Google drive and that’s how you can save the space of your smartphone. 

  1. Restart Your Echo Device 

If you have found that your smartphone has more than 3 GB of free space yet Alexa Not Working, restart the device. 

It happens most of the time, that a number of Alexa Issues get easily resolved just by a quick restarting process. 

So, restart the device now.

  1. Update Your Alexa App
