Blaine Summer

For our summer, we wanted to head back to Washington and spend some time with our daughters in Bellingham. We like spending time with them, and we missed them. Covid caused us to change our plans a bit and head to Ft. Stevens a little earlier than we wanted, instead of heading north to Bellingham first, as the news had convinced us that armageddon had come to the Seattle area. In hindsight we bought in to the fear mongering, but nonetheless it caused us to see less of them than we planned. We missed our oldest daughters birthday celebration in May as well, so we wanted to make up for this also and take her out to for a belated birthday meal.

While we were there, Amanda convinced us that hair coloring was something we wanted to do. The dye is called Henna, it comes from a plant and is all natural. I tried it too but my hair is so dark it did not have much effect.
