Participatory Approach
The participatory approach will be used in such a manner that the community will not feel compelled to engage in this development program. It invites the community to participate in a creative approach to addressing the waste problem, particularly in our barangay. Working beautifully together to improve environmental value. This project will empower and foster trust between the organization and the community, as well as among the individuals engaged. This trust may be used to provide the groundwork for future community growth and action. And, as the person in charge, I will utilize my full potential in every manner to ensure the success of this project.
It is recommended to participate in community projects, meet new people and buil strong relationship with them.
