Today's event is Shik Kabab. You can easily make this fun kebab at home. Take a look at how to make the recipe.

Materials:
300 grams of beef
2 tablespoons of papaya paste
Ginger paste 1 teaspoon
Garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
Raw chilli paste 1/2 teaspoon
1/2 teaspoon of chilli powder or to taste
3 tablespoons of sour yogurt
1 teaspoon of soy sauce
Onion Beresta Bata 2 tbsp / Onion Powder 1 tbsp
1/2 teaspoon of sugar
1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg and jaggery
12 peppercorns
Cinnamon 2 pieces, cardamom 2, bay leaves 1, cloves 2
The amount of salt
3 tablespoons of mustard oil
Instructions:
1. First slice the beef thinly.
2. Blend all the above spices and pickles together in a blender except salt and oil.
3. Then mix this spice paste, salt and 1 tablespoon mustard oil with the meat and marinate the meat for 10 hours.
4. Once the meat is marinated, take a piece of burning coal in a steel bowl and place it in a meat pot. Cover the pot with 1 teaspoon of oil or ghee. You will see a lot of smoke will be created. After 2 minutes open the lid and remove the steel bowl. (This will give the smoky flavor of the kebab inside the meat.)
5. Then stick the pieces of meat on the stick.
6. Now heat the oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, add the meat to the pan. Increase the heat of the stove for the first 2 minutes then reduce the heat to medium to low. Occasionally brush the meat with oil.
7. When both sides of the meat are burnt, take it out of the oven. Serve with hot paratha or naan.
Note:
* Add onion powder to the spice of kebab then add sugar with it. But if you give onion barista instead of onion powder, then there is no need to add sugar, because onion barista is sweet. So there is no need to give extra sugar. *
