Ingredients (for 4 people):
- 1 egg yolk
- ½ teaspoons of mustard
- 1.25 dl of oil
- a spoonful of vinegar
- salt, pepper
- a spoonful of ajvar
- 2 tomatoes
- cucumber
- a string of rocket
- 4 buns
- 4 white meat fillets (80 g each)
- 50 g of flour
- 1 egg
- A little milk
- 100 g pretzels
- 100 g of chopped hazelnuts
- 1 dl of frying oil
Preparation:
Mix egg yolks and mustard, add oil drop by drop, then stir to get a creamy mayonnaise. Stir in the vinegar and ajvar, add salt, pepper and leave to cool. Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Wash and clean the tomato, cucumber and arugula, then cut for the salad.
Cut the buns, then bake them for five minutes on the inside. Pour flour on one plate, beat egg and milk in the other, and mix breadcrumbs and hazelnuts in the third. First, bread the meat with flour, then dip it in egg and milk, then in breadcrumbs and hazelnuts. Fry it in hot oil. Spread mayonnaise on the bun, arrange the vegetables, salad, add the meat and serve.
