wow, the houses are close together. Here the new developments are building them this close, but these look like older homes.
They are ... a century has passed since they were moved here, and they are older than that ... Edwardians, just past the Victorian era, so, turn of the 20th century kind of stuff.
I love that style of house or any old house, they moved them there?
Yep... San Francisco has built out in a lot of interesting ways ... this whole neighborhood was moved here... and, in later years, some buildings like this in this area were moved into a different neighborhood in the 1960s ... so, in the 20s and the 60s, you could have passed a corner and done a double take as houses traveled through the streets.
wow, that is crazy but better than tearing the nice old house down.
