Photo Fridays - Have some photo fun and have a shot at winning 10 Hive! "Y"

Happy start of the weekend to all of you, I hope you had a great time. For the penultimate time in this beloved Photo Contest, your friend @lauramica writes to you to keep us up to date ❣️. Incredible, we only have 2 letters left to complete the game! Thank you all for joining and participating in all the rounds, you put all the love and creativity into your entries 😀.

As a reminder for all the friends of D.Buzz, the goal of this challenge is week by week to share at least two photos of things that start with the letters of the alphabet. These "things" can be anything: objects, places, or even something abstract. The idea is that it begins with the letter proposed that week, always in English, please. And of course, have fun and build bonds with the users who have also joined this challenge 😘. Everyone is invited to participate!

This time in the Friday Photo Challenge we gave place to the letter X and although it was quite difficult, several X-things appeared: X-rays, xylitol, xrismas, x-Box, XL, xylography, xylophone... Even several of we found out that Xerox machine is another way of naming photocopiers 😃. Interesting!

In letter X week, our prize goes to our friend @glade1989! This user shared with us some beautiful xerophytic plants, those that have the ability to survive in places where water is scarce. They look very beautiful, by the way!

Did you know that during the years of evolution these plants have managed to survive in the most hostile environments by developing a series of interesting adaptations? One of them is what we usually see in cacti, which have transformed their leaves into thorns to avoid losing water, but there are others that solved this in another way. To avoid dehydration, they store all the water scattered in their structure, giving rise to the famous "succulents". Our friend @glade1989 has made us review our botany concepts and it has been fun 😃!

Having said all this, it is time to start the new week of this challenge and it is the turn of the penultimate letter, Y 😀. Week by week we will continue with the rest of the alphabet until it is complete, but now it is time to find some things that start with Y. As inspiration for this letter, I will leave some suggestions here: yard, year, yesterday, yellow, young. .. It seems that there are not so many things so this time more than ever, be creative and original in your posts 😏😏😏 Good luck to everyone!
