It's time for another round of the DBuzz Zap Fiction Challenge. Grab your writing tools and get those imaginative juices flowing, because we've got an intriguing new prompt for you.
Here's how it works: you have 6 days to craft a short story based on the prompt and post it on DBuzz. Make sure your tale is an original work derived from the prompt. If your creation wows us, you could be selected as the winner and added as a 50% beneficiary to next week's Zap fiction post!

For example, tell a story from the perspective of a cat in a boardroom, or an astronaut walking through a grocery store. The juxtaposition forces you to view mundane places through a totally new lens.
How does a cat make sense of water cooler gossip or interpret PowerPoint presentations? How does an astronaut view choosing produce or standing in line? The possibilities are endlessly intriguing when you mash up an unexpected character with a common setting. The strangeness stimulates creativity.
So if you ever feel stuck in a writing rut, shake things up by dropping a fish out of water into a banal scene. Let the magic happen as you figure out how they'd navigate and interpret everything differently.

Objective of this game
