What's buzzing, friends?

Working out is essential for most people nowadays. But, not all work out for the same reason. Some work out for the sake of keeping healthy, others work out because they want to lose weight, and others work out because it's fun. One reason for working out is, so you can look good in your clothes. It's important to stay active with working out. It can make a huge difference in not only how you look, but also how you feel. It helps you feel more healthy and less stressed.

Just as we work out our body, to build muscles and strength, we also need to work out our skills in various subjects to build competence, and strengthen those areas. We need to work out, and train our abilities in all the different topics we wish to excel in.

For those who put the time in at these various types of gyms, the reward of a fit body, mind, skill set and ability level awaits them. Our community highlight today is someone who puts time in regularly, at all these gyms, and shares with us the fruits of their labor.

Today, We would like to celebrate @chris-uk!

This week our community highlight comes from the UK. They joined Hive in September 2019, and since joining the block, @chris-uk has been delivering original content, and sharing their various passions with us.

One thing we noticed about @chris-uk that we really enjoyed, is how much they make use of the full Hive ecosystem, including of course D.BUZZ. They are an avid gamer on Splinterlands and other various Hive games, post in different communities, and as mentioned already, they are active on D.BUZZ.

These are all the virtues that we look for, when we choose our community highlight each week. Moreover, @chris-uk engages with the community, and responds to comments that people leave. It is for these reasons that we chose to highlight them today.
