D.Buzz : A Roadmap for Future Features
In the last year, D.Buzz has gone through many changes and implemented a lot of new features. To date, D.Buzz is a website that helps people protect there freedom of speech online, as well as provide a community of like-minded individuals that enjoy short form content, and much more.
In the future, D.Buzz plans to keep developing additional features and enhancements. It is our intent that with the addition of these new features, people will be able to use D.Buzz in all aspects of their social media lives. We thought it be nice to take a moment today to look at some features we are developing the future.

These are features that we have currently on our internal roadmap, we do not however have a set date for the release of them. And we are always fluid in our development enabling us to shift focus if need be.

Add an affiliate program for D.Buzz
The idea of affiliate marketing is most likely not new to many people. In the digital era, affiliate marketing has done a lot to help many businesses grow. This could be an extension of the hive on board program, but in general a way to track who is referring people to D.Buzz so that they can get benefits in some way? We're still drafting out with this can look like you have ideas let us know in the comments below.
Add a wallet to D.Buzz
Having a way to view your current balance would help a lot of people who specifically use D.Buzz only. We are currently looking at adding this feature along was only two elements, a way to be your balance, and a way to claim rewards. If you have any more ideas on this topic add them below the comments.
Add CoinGecko.com API to D.Buzz
We understand a lot of our users are crypto enthusiasts, it only makes sense that we support them. As such we would add in the CoinGecko.com API into the system so that prices can be pulled in automatically and displayed. Tokens such as $HIVE $GAME #FIL $COINS and other could have their values displayed.
Add a number counting down from 280 in a Buzz.
We realize that while there is a visual feedback (*the red circle getting filled), most times we don't know exactly how many characters are left when typing a Buzz. By adding a countdown from the 280 we hope this will encourage people to add more text.
A widget for Anything-to-Anything
A widget of some sort that can be embedded on WordPress or Blogger to allow automatic posting to D.Buzz, much like the D.Buzz embedded button, but only more powerful.
In Other News.
We are very proud and excited to say that one of our Lead developers is working on an important upgrade for the Hive ecosystem as a whole. Yes we are still paying their salary for the time they spent on this, but we feel developing HIVE is very important and is worth the investment. Like wise this is another reason why we have been releasing fewer updates regularly.
Will release more information on what they're working on shortly.
As mentioned yesterday we do have a senior developer coming on this Thursday, as they get acquainted with our development environment, more tasks will be created for them, So if you have specific features you like to see D.Buzz integrate, please let us know in the comments or on Discord.
