Story about losing house

So i have a story about something that is about to happend, but lets go from begging.

So in in 2015 my parents started building house they hade some up's and down's but they always maneg to put a smile and keep going and working hard, but the problom is that man who they paid to build it he didn't come to finish it for past 3-4 years like we can't contact him, we can't find him and we can't make him to come and finish house, we still have one floor and roof to finish but wath piss me off the most is that we can't tell him to give us back the money for one more floor and roof i tryed to find a job to help my parent but i onli make like 100-200$ a month its hard in croatia to find a nice paying job at age of 15 i would probubly get a better paying job if i had time but there is law where if house is not finih in like 7 and half years the bank claims everything and they called yesterday that we need to send them papers where it says that house is finish otherwise they take everything.

honesly i don't know why am i writing this i just fell like peopel need to know how f**k up peopel are on this word i mean he took the money and he just dosn't want to showe up to finish wath he started. i honesy don't know wath to do enymore like i don't wanna lose this house i made so much memorys at this place even bringed so much frends in this house and had fun doing crazy stuff. if enyone knows how we can get out of this mess pls leave a comment i will read it 100% and try adn hope it works:
