The trip I took this weekend was a four hour drive there and then another four hours back. We took the interstate highway there. It had lots of traffic with construction in one place that stopped us for a while. I did not want to get stuck in traffic on the way back so took the back roads. Can you believe this? I got to Bronze II right before season end so received two additional chest for a total of seven. When I opened them, there were no cards. Only DEC and potions. Our Sunday evening sunset did not have as much haze only a clouds that were on the horizon behind which the sun set. The clouds made the sun look like it was stretching out along the hills in the distance. There were some high thinner clouds that were swirling around. At the beginning of spring, we planted eight Rose of Sharon shrubs around the yard. They were about a foot tall and only stems. Relaxing with wine and music at two vineyards. The first was a large vineyard with lots of open area. We chose an area to sit that had a singer. We have had an unusually wet August. Normally it is dry and we do not get very much rain at all. Past years by the time August is over all the grass is dried up and the plants are stunted because of very little water. The government imposed fire bans but this year it has been so wet they have not done that. It is still green around the area. A large rain storm came through the area and dropped more rain.
