Today I want to share the reasons and why I decided to level up my Charlok Minotaur. Based on the low sales prices and no rental market for the level 1, I have decided to level up my Charlok Minotaur. I could win a few extra matches to make the extra DEC than I could have gotten from selling it but then I would not have the card for leveling up later.
