Hello, people out there! have you experienced stress these past few days? weeks or months?
Have you ever resolved your own issues?
Well, in this article I will share some of my ideas on how to manage your stress.
I’m not a perfect person or medical consultants that can provide you the best interventions dealing with different stress that we are facing with, but I am just somebody wants to share my idea on how to deal with it.
First, what is Stress? Stress is a situation that triggers a particular biological response. When you perceive a threat or a major challenge, chemicals and hormones surge throughout your body.
Stress triggers your fight-or-flight response in order to fight the stressor or run away from it. Typically, after the response occurs, your body should relax. Too much constant stress can have negative effects on your long-term health.
Is Stress a bad thing?
Stress isn’t necessarily a bad thing; there could be a good and bad affect and it’s been part of our life. Facing your everyday living, doing your own business, interacting with other people, and that how it goes. But stress is just temporary, maybe you have been difficult of handling it but when you surpass, you’ll have a great feeling of resolving it. Your mind and body will start to relax; heartbeat and breathes back to its normal state.
Stress can be harmful if someone cannot really properly handled their own stress that can lead to some negative effects. For example, people in a relationship broke-up with her partner due to some reason that doesn’t have an explicit explanation that could lead to self-infliction, later serious complications.
There‘s a lot of stress that we can face, There are different types of stress but I cannot discuss it and set an example one by one it will just prolong this article and difficult to read because of the attention span on each reader.
These are the different types of stress (acute, chronic, episodic, physical, psychological and psychosocial stress)
But on the other hand, there could be also a stress that cannot be considered as negative but in a good way approach. Good stress, or what psychologists refer to as "eustress," is the type of stress we feel when we are excited. Our pulse quickens and our hormones surge, but there is no threat or fear. We feel this type of stress when we ride a roller coaster, compete for a promotion, or go on a first date. There are many triggers for this good stress, and it keeps us feeling alive and excited about life.
If someone under stress, don’t hesitate to call on a friend that will listen to your problems, give you some piece of advice and motivate you. Again do not put in your mind that stress is not all about negative, there could be a positive as well.
