The most important characteristic of water for me, as a living organism, is its ablity to stick with other water molecules and to different substances. In other words, it is the cohesiveness and adhesiveness of water. Without the water being cohesive, the biggest and smallest body of water will not be formed, no oceans and no bottle of water for everyone. And having to survive by drinking molecule by molecule, of water is also impossible, hence, humans on earth will surely tire and cease to exist. Having a body that is composed of 70% water will also be impossible if water suddenly becomes not cohesive and adhesive, it will result to our deaths because water molecules will also immediately separate from each other. In that scenario, water will just flow freely and molecularly separate out from our body because it will not stick to other substances causing fatalities on different cells, tissues, and organs which will make the body so weak and face its last seconds of its life on earth.
