Negative and positive forces
Negative power is often looking at people and things around you in a negative and negative way.
It forces you to be constantly critical of yourself, others, and your environment, and causes the most anxiety, stress, anger, disappointment, shame, and guilt.
The positive forces allow us to accept everything as it is, instead of denying, rejecting or resenting everything. It treats every outcome and event we encounter as a gift and an opportunity, and is able to accept those outcomes completely without emotion.
The easiest and most effective way to reduce negative forces is to apply labels. Whenever negative thoughts or emotions arise, you should immediately label each one of them so that they are exposed to you and isolated from other thoughts.
The most effective way to enhance positive force is to cultivate one's own positive thinking, stimulate one's potential through empathy, exploration, innovation, guidance, and activation, and develop team combat effectiveness.
