Don't you just hate it when you hang outside of the house to savor some cool air then suddenly your neighbors will join in outside but smoking cigarette. I never smoke in my whole life that is why I hate people smoking beside me. I really do.

That is inconsiderate. We have more ban places over the years and raising of cigarette duties but people still do it.
