Look at this little big fella. He's always ready for any photo ops and me, well every one of us has a child within us.

In our perilous days we at least can compensate it by the food we eat to provide us with the needed nutritional boost to protect our body. Maybe some are expensive but it is still better than buying medicine instead. Fresh fruits and veggies are still the prime choice.

Want to pet a dog? We are considering it for a while but when I saw this photo I'd like to reconsider it hahahaha. Looking like a boss. Nope looking like THE BOSS. Just learned a story of a dog owner whose leg is injured. He spent some $400 in vets check up for his also limping dog and found nothing is wrong, Turned out that the dog was just imitating his owner out of sympathy. Awwwww. Teary eyed here. Sometimes animals are more 'human' than most of humans.

Does any one here also need to collect receipts, even not theirs just to earn their allowance monthly? Our company converts these receipts into cash as our allowance that is why I cannot go to the market to buy because they don't issue receipts.

Two of my daughters, my bundle of pride and joy. I thank God for giving them to us to nurture and to love. I wish them all the best things life can offer. I wish all the three of them success, happiness and contentment. Still a long way to go but God willing we can stay alive and strong for them.

This is my dinner tonight. Eventhough this is instant noodles, not so nutritious, I mixed it up with steamed tomatoes and boiled egg. Yesterday was the same dinner but with okra. I kinda got used to this. Caution: If you eat pansit canton at night drink plenty of water since it will absorb some liquid inside our stomach so to avoid possible trouble like dying in sleep drink water.

So yesterday I was having problems with my avocado on how to ripen them fast. And I now I found out that the recommended way is to put them in a brown paper bag together with apple or banana for 2 to 3 days. I did it today and have to wait till Saturday at least huhuhuhu. I should have brought the open one but it is more expensive nyahahaha.

Success! My avocados got ripened in two days inside brown paper bag with two bananas. So there it is effective. The moisture from banana affected the avocados and yet the bananas are still in good shape.

Yey! My delivery came on time. Better see those muscles pop up especially my guns. Eat healthy, live clean, exercise and always keep safe.
