Recipe for cooking a roll with a seed
Need to:
low salted seed – 200 grams;
thin lavash;
solid cheese – 200 grams;
20% sour cream – 100 grams;
1 grudge of garlic;
1 lemon;
a few branches of parsley.
How to cook:
The first step in preparing a roll with a seed is to knead impregnation for the lavash.
To do this, you need to mix sour cream in a deep bowl, 100 grams of cheese rubbed on a small grater, pre-washed and chopped parsley, lemon juice and garlic, passed through the press.
All ingredients are mixed thoroughly. Now you need to expand the lavash sheet and lubricate it with the resulting sauce.
The seed must be cut into thin stripes and laid in the middle of the lava, and along the entire length put pieces of the remaining cheese.
The number of fish in the roll can be varied in their own preferences and, for example, alternating from the stripes of seed and cheese.
When all the ingredients are laid out, you can wrap the lavash.
We must try to turn tight, but without tension, so that Armenian bread does not deteriorate.
Now the dish must be sent to the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes.
