In this article we will talk about an easy way to practice a good habit in a day to day basis. It is all about what to do when you woke up, so basically when we are awake that's the beginning of our day regardless of the time.
While we are asleep our brain are processing informations about our activities that day, perhaps that's where our dreams came from(it's my assumption though lol), also while asleep our muscles were momentarily paralyzed meaning we can't move, but if you move perhaps you are a zombie lol, I think that's what they called sleep walking.

Regardless of your beliefs always be grateful because you woke up not everyone wake up while sleeping, be grateful to Science or God or whoever it is that you are awake.
2. Clean your room
This activity is important not because you won't be scolded by your parents lol, this is important in the sense that it will serve as your warm up, so basically it involves body movements, apply some stretching, so that your muscles and bones are ready to work for your daily activities(wake them up lol).
3. Greetings to Family Members
This is the most essential part, no matter how akward it is you need to practice it until it became part of your life, why is it important? It is a way of telling them that you are already awake and telling yourself that they are already awake safe and sound because we do not know what will happen while we are asleep. In addition, it also build a strong relationship inside your household, having a strong family relationship is the most pleasurable thing that you could ask for.
4. Remember what to do
It's important for you to process the information that you need to do for that day, so that you can calmly perform it without getting nervous on what to do next, it can also help you relax and perform with great result.
5. Eat
Health is wealth so never forget to eat when you woke up, it gives you energy to perform your daily activities, imagine eight hours or more without getting food, you must be hungry so eat regardless of the time you woke up, you are not a robot that you don't need food, take good care of your health.
6. Check for the news
It is important for you to check the daily news regardless of your age, nothing more satisfying than knowing what are the events of your sorrounding. In addition it also build your knowledge and give you a bigger perspective in life. If you don't have time reading the whole news or watch just read the headline and perhaps you would already get what the news meant.
7. Enjoy
Go with your thing and enjoy, always put in your mind whatever you will do for that day you need to enjoy it because you don't know what might happen to you for that day.
