Everyone is getting stressed with what is happening in the world today. 2020 has been a a tough year for all of us and most likely 2021 will have no change. We need to live a life with this pandemic because we cannot pause and take a break all this time. What bothers us most is this virus but keep in mind that we alone can defeat this starting with our immune system.

Have enough sleep at least 8-9 hours a day. Our cells need to replenish after a hard day of work. Adjust sleeping pattern if a person has difficulty of falling asleep or at least limit the use of gadgets before bedtime. Second, eat healty and eat organic. Nowadays, with our busy schedules, food is also a one click away.Fast food delivery was a hit especially to busy lads. But we need to try to divert this way since our health is more important, preparing organic and eating healthy is important.

Third, take vitamins and lemon-ginger tea. It is a big help to boost our immune system. Lemon-ginger tea is can help clearing our airway too. Just chop a little ginger and boil it. Then pour in a cup and add lemon and put a little honey. I assure you it is very helpful. Take vitamin C too like 500mg to 1000gms a day. Don't take more than that because it is also harmful.

And lastly, take a break. If everything is not easy, don't stress out. Breathe and relax. Don't take it seriously. Everything will be okay, maybe not now, but soon.
