Seven things our cats don't like

Cats are very delicate and beautiful creatures ...

Most of the time they are very kind, sleepy and playful, but sometimes, they just can't resist natural urges and then hunters / predators wake up in them, which is an obvious sign that there are no jokes with them.

While we find it very nice to play with our cats and take them in our arms whenever the opportunity arises, there are certain things we like to do with them and them, that they don’t enjoy at all.

The domestic cat is the biggest predator on the planet, and in this light we must be able to show respect to it and get acquainted with some things that we probably do, and our pets do not like them at all.

(1/7) Your cat secretly despises you when you hold her like a baby

Some cats like to lie on their lap, or be picked up and petted when their owners come home from work, but one thing that all domestic cats hate is being held in your arms like a baby.

By lifting, the cat begins to feel insecure and naturally wants to return to the floor. When held like babies, cats feel even worse than when they are carried around with good support. While this may seem sweet, it is actually real torture for them.

If the owners cannot resist such maneuvers, then it is best to keep the cat in this position for a few seconds, because anything beyond that can bring even more stress into their small lives.

All owners probably like to take photos of their pets, but what they almost certainly don't understand is that cats don't want the phone constantly in front of their heads. Flash cameras can be scary for them, and it is very cruel to lure them with toys or treats to create the best shots. Simply put, cats are best left alone.

Cats communicate with their eyes. For them, eye contact is the establishment of domination. If you look away first, your pet may think he is the main one, but if you keep your eyes on her eyes long enough, the cat may perceive this as aggressive behavior and may prepare to attack.

In case the cat winks or blinks slowly, then it is a sign of affection and love, as well as the fact that it does not feel threatened.

Cats meow exclusively to communicate with humans and do not use this type of interaction to communicate with each other. In addition, they do not expect us to respond by meowing. According to research by National Geography, cats meow to attract our attention. Whether they want food, water, fresh sprinkles, or to play and cuddle, these animals have different intonations of their meowing that they use to let us know.

Responding to cats by meowing can be very pleasant in terms of their mood and is a kind of attachment, but these animals still do not know exactly what we want from them, or what we really want to tell them, despite the fact that such a move can have a positive reaction.

No normal person would certainly want to wear a cat sweater, but if all this is not clear to someone because of her screaming and resisting, then such people must definitely know that they have the wrong pet and that almost no cat likes to wear different items.

According to research, cats do not like to have anything leaning on their fur, mainly because they do not need it, but also because it is very irritating and uncomfortable. In case a cat does not mind wearing a sweater, coat or hat, or you simply have an indescribable desire to do so for some completely unclear reason, make sure that it still has enough space between the fur and the extra layer, so that it can move freely and goes to certain places.

It is best to avoid such stupid moves completely, because apart from being a bit strange - to put it mildly, domestic cats despise them.

According to certain scientific research, it has been concluded that cats are lactose intolerant, so it is a common opinion that cats love milk, just a myth and nothing more.

Cow's milk can cause very unpleasant stomach problems in most cats within eight to twelve hours of consuming it. This does not mean that cats will not drink milk when you put it in front of them, but that it will bring them more bad than good things.

(7/7) Changes have a bad effect on cats

Changing food producers, taking cats on trips, moving, guests at home and going to the vet together are changes that are very stressful for our cats.

The change in the living environment of cats must be constructively performed in order to enable the acclimatization of the animals and to avoid their exposure to stressful situations. If all these things are stressful for us, imagine how stressful they are for these little creatures that have been part of our households for millennia.
