a lot of people tgese days had a hard time sleeping. maybe because they are asleep during the day and they tend to be so awake in the evening because they doesnt do anything during daytime. a lot of people might be used to being awake during the night because they just would like to have more fun at night, like seeing the viee from their rooftop, have a cold breeze to feel or maybe they have more enjoyable things to do like watching a movie while everyone is busy preparing snacks. a lot of times people would take their health for granted. even i myself have a hard time in making myself sleep early every night. i would prefer using my phone, scroll in my social media or maybe even binge watch some series that ive been up to. many times i would sleep early in the morning or just midninght but never before 10pm. ive been doing this for how many years and maybe now i am used to it. whenever i would sleep early, i tend to be awake during 1 am or so, thats why i prefer to sleep late because i would just be awake for the rest of the morning if i would be asleep before 10 in the evening. there are times when i would just sleep early because of a headache or i will just sleep because im not feeling well.
