How about your mental health?

People nowadays tend to take their mental health for granted. Others doesn't know they have one. Our physical illness are sometimes visible or there are certain symptoms that helps us to be aware of our physical condition. On the other hand, our mental health is difficult to notice. Sometimes we just think that there might be emotional crisis going on but on reality, it is just that there is a little problem starting to get bigger. People tend to say that it is just being overly sensitive or emotional. So, how about our mental health? It costs us a lot of money to go on consultation or therapy when there are things that needs to be taken care of, like electric bills, water bills, food, clothing , medicine or any other basic things we need to take care of. Paying tuition or paying for rent, that's why we cannot tend on our mental health. So now, what do we do? For me there are a lot of alternatives that you could do when you are going through something. First, you have to calm yourself and know where you are, being aware of what is in reality would help you calm down. Let your mind relieve the stress by thinking lot of good things around you and do not focus on the negatives, instead, focus on solutions, the things that you could do to make you feel better. Also, be with those people that truly care for you. Be surrounded with people that supports you and make you comfortable and happy. Do not stress too much in almost everything. There are solutions and there are good things if you look closely.
