What bullish phase of the market are we in?

The bull run cycle began in November with the price of Bitcoin starting a devastating rise in price, thanks to the push of institutional investors, and today the price is around 60,000 dollars. After a few weeks, the bull run has also pushed for all the other altcoins that have recorded incredible returns, some even touching 1000% compared to the end of 2020. Many are wondering how long the bullish phase can last and if the time has come. to raise cash and eventually wait for the bearish market. Unfortunately, no one can predict all this at the moment but we can make a comparison, for example, with the last bull run of 2017 and find some similarities.

We know that the peak moment for the altcoin market came at the beginning of January 2018 when the dominance of Bitcoin reached a minimum on the market, registering 32.8%. As of today, BTC's current dominance has dropped to 56.5% and it still has a long way to go before hitting the low of the previous cycle. This therefore indicates to us that potentially we are still far from having reached the apex and probably

The second graph indicates the dominance of BTC exactly 4 years ago, the blue line connects the data of 04/04/2017 to that of 04/04/2021. According to the image above, we still have a steep descent roller coaster and presumably an increase in the price of the market cap.

Proportionately, the soaring curve from January to December 2017 could be incredibly dizzying in 2021. Will all this really repeat itself? Are you sure the whole market will go up again? Obviously not! As already said, but it is good to repeat it, there are no guarantees that everything will repeat itself in the same way. It is plausible that a worldwide ban could bring the market down to 0 by the end of this month. The odds are minimal but they are not zero. The crypto market is very young and today we are in a price discovery territory, we have no similar applications in the past.

Studying the cyclical nature of Bitcoin, almost a year after the third halving, the price normally tends to rise for the next few months (red, orange and the first part of the yellow dots) and then it has accustomed us to a long respite. 12 years of tracking the trend of Bitcoin are too few to have reliable data but we can only have cyclical indications that have been constantly repeated.

Anyone who wants to take home the profit is absolutely rational. Those who want to wait and take risks are crazy! I consider myself a convinced fool!

Ovviamente no!
