Thousands of posts are posted on Hive every day by all of us users, and almost all publications are content that took time, effort and dedication from the authors. On average, a good post requires at least an hour of time, searching for information and reviewing our content before publishing it on the blockchain.
We can say that all the authors on Hive are talents who have found a place where they can compare and improve personally, not only in the composition of their posts but also in the interactions with other users, essential to increase their knowledge and improve their skills. The amount of posts produced daily is impressive and unfortunately it is difficult to read more than a dozen, personally speaking, due to the limited time that daily life offers us. I would like to spend a lot more time reading the posts one day and hopefully this projection will come true in the future.
Anyone who dedicates time to Hive deserves to be rewarded and I realize that often the reward does not live up to expectations and all of this can be daunting. We are here to share our passions and life experiences and we appreciated how Hive is very different from other social mundane where the authors post selfies or write two sentences to receive some likes. The quality we have on Hive doesn't exist in any community, whether it's crypto or not. I deserve it from the community itself that appreciates the authors and tries in some way to reciprocate.
Hence the fundamental role of the curators who have the responsibility to choose which content to reward, knowing full well that for each awarded content another ten have been excluded. Unfortunately, the current value of Hive doesn't allow curators to offer so many decent votes and choices need to be made. I am sure that in the future, the price increase will allow a greater distribution of prizes to all the most deserving authors. Hive started out as a social platform but there are so many developments that have been featured at Hivefest that 2021 will be the relaunch year for Hive and all of this will only benefit authors and curators.
Personally, I admire all those who are committed to the projects they believe in and for this I am convinced that all those who contribute to making Hive a place different from other communities, are truly special people. It is not easy to dedicate time to a project that at the moment is only theory and little practice and no one has the magic sphere to predict whether the future of Hive will be a success or a failure. But the conviction and enthusiasm with which users strive every day to make Hive the greatest success is truly moving. You all have my esteem, authors and curators, but a common effort to make Hive the success of our life

Migliaia di post vengono pubblicati su Hive ogni giorno da tutti noi utenti e quasi tutte le pubblicazioni sono contenuti che hanno richiesto tempo, impegno e dedizione da parte degli autori. In media, un buon post richiede almeno un'ora di tempo, cercando informazioni e rivedendo i nostri contenuti prima di pubblicarli sulla blockchain.
Possiamo dire che tutti gli autori su Hive sono talenti che hanno trovato un luogo dove confrontarsi e migliorarsi personalmente, non solo nella composizione dei propri post ma anche nelle interazioni con gli altri utenti, fondamentali per accrescere le proprie conoscenze e migliorare le proprie capacità. La quantità di post prodotti quotidianamente è impressionante e purtroppo è difficile leggerne più di una dozzina, parlando personalmente, a causa del tempo limitato che la vita quotidiana ci offre. Un giorno mi piacerebbe dedicare molto più tempo alla lettura dei post e spero che questa proiezione si avveri in futuro.
Chiunque dedichi del tempo ad Hive merita di essere premiato e mi rendo conto che spesso la ricompensa non è all'altezza delle aspettative e tutto questo può essere scoraggiante. Siamo qui per condividere le nostre passioni ed esperienze di vita e abbiamo apprezzato come Hive sia molto diverso dagli altri social mondani dove gli autori pubblicano selfie o scrivono due frasi per ricevere dei like. La qualità che abbiamo su Hive non esiste in nessuna comunità, che si tratti di crittografia o meno. Me lo merito dalla comunità stessa che apprezza gli autori e cerca in qualche modo di ricambiare.
Da qui il ruolo fondamentale dei curatori che hanno la responsabilità di scegliere quali contenuti premiare, ben sapendo che per ogni contenuto premiato ne sono stati esclusi altri dieci. Sfortunatamente, il valore attuale di Hive non consente ai curatori di offrire così tanti voti decenti e devono essere fatte delle scelte. Sono certo che in futuro l'aumento del prezzo consentirà una maggiore distribuzione dei premi a tutti gli autori più meritevoli. Hive è nato come piattaforma social, ma ci sono così tanti sviluppi che sono stati presentati a Hivefest che il 2021 sarà l'anno del rilancio di Hive e tutto ciò andrà a beneficio solo di autori e curatori.
Personalmente ammiro tutti coloro che sono impegnati nei progetti in cui credono e per questo sono convinto che tutti coloro che contribuiscono a rendere Hive un luogo diverso dalle altre comunità, siano persone veramente speciali. Non è facile dedicare tempo a un progetto che al momento è solo teoria e poca pratica e nessuno ha la sfera magica per prevedere se il futuro di Hive sarà un successo o un fallimento. Ma la convinzione e l'entusiasmo con cui gli utenti si sforzano ogni giorno per rendere Hive il più grande successo è davvero commovente. Avete tutti la mia stima, autori e curatori, ma uno sforzo comune per fare di Hive il successo della nostra vita
