Splinterlands Weekly Challenge: CARRION SHADE
Hi all Splinterlands friends,
here we are at a new appointment with the Weekly Battle Challenge, today's theme is CARRION SHADE, a common monster of the Death element, belonging to the new Chaos Legion edition. With over 600 packs open, I found some monster gold cards and now the max boosted level is 4.
The card has a very low mana equal to 1 point, which is why the monster is a card that can be used in all battles even with very strict mana restrictions rules. My experience as a player has taught me that having empowered cards with low mana guarantees me more chances of winning because on average they are more decisive.
The characteristics of CARRION SHADE are not exceptional and yet, as you can see in my battle, the monster was essential for the victory. At level 4, the attack affects 1 damage point but in this battle, having deployed the Dragon Daria summoner with a +1 attack bonus, the damage increases to 2 life. There are also 2 speed points and health points, a fairly precarious monster but let's remember that still 1 mana point.
Not to be underestimated is the enabling of Flying which allows you to have a chance to evade enemy attacks from non-winged monsters. This ability was decisive in my combat as the presence of the earthquake destroyed all allied and enemy monsters, with the exception of CARRION SHADE which is immune to it!
THE VIGILATOR
As previously written, I consider this card to be among the strongest in the game. Its offensive power is truly impressive and is crucial in the many races in which the monster fights. In the first position she is an unstoppable war machine, very difficult to defeat without taking substantial damage. I would like to get the gold version someday, it would really be the top for me!
CARRION SHADE
A really fun battle to watch in which the monster, protagonist of this contest, never launched attacks and thanks to his Flying ability, immune to the earthquake penalty, he came out unscathed and gave me a nice victory!

My goose that lays golden eggs is useful for absorbing ranged attacks, becoming a shield for her companions! Very useful as always, even in this battle!

eccoci ad un nuovo appuntamento con il Weekly Battle Challenge, il tema di oggi è CARRION SHADE, un mostro comune dell'elemento Death, appartenente alla nuova edizione Chaos Legion. Con oltre 600 pacchi aperti, ho trovato alcune carte d'oro del mostro ed ora il livello massimo potenziato è 4.
La carta ha un mana davvero molto basso pari a 1 punto, motivo per cui il mostro è una carta utilizzabile in tutte le battaglie anche con regole di restrizioni mana molte severe. La mia esperienza di giocatore mi ha insegnato che possedere carte potenziate con un mana basso mi garantisce più probabilità di vittorie perché mediamente sono più decisive.
Le caratteristiche di CARRION SHADE non sono eccezionali eppure, come potrete osservare nella mia battaglia, il mostro è stato essenziale per la vittoria. A livello 4, l'attacco affligge 1 punto danno ma in questa battaglia, avendo schierato l'evocatore Dragon Daria con bonus +1 attacco, il danno sale a 2 punti vita. 2 sono anche i punti velocità ed i punti salute, un mostro abbastanza precario ma ricordiamoci che pur sempre 1 punto mana.
Da non sottovalutare l'abilitare Flying che permette di avere una chance di evadere gli attacchi avversari di mostri non alati. Questa abilità è stat decisiva nel mio combattimento poichè la presenza del earthquake ha distrutto tutti i mostri alleati e avversari, ad esclusione di CARRION SHADE che ne è immune!
THE VIGILATOR
Come scritto in precedenza, io ritengo questa carta tra le più forti del gioco. La sua potenza offensiva è davvero impressionante ed è determinante nelle tante gare in cui il mostro combatte. In prima posizione è una macchina da guerra inarrestabile, davvero difficile sconfiggerla senza subire danni consistenti. Mi piacerebbe un giorno ottenere la versione dorata, sarebbe davvero il top per me!
CARRION SHADE
Una battaglia davvero divertente da osservare in cui il mostro, protagonista di questo contest, non ha mai lanciato attacchi e grazie alla sua abilità Flying, immune alla penalità terremoto, è uscito indenne e mi ha regalato una bella vittoria!
