Setting yourself a goal is the first step to success

If I asked you what do you expect from the cryptocurrencies you own, I'm sure the answer would be profits, money and therefore success. Success in a short time I add. Well time is an important factor but it can be counterproductive because moving quickly involves greater risks and a greater chance of failure. Personally, I have set myself a long-term goal, 10 years, but without shooting random figures but simply by calculating how much I earned last year, how much I invested and how much I can invest in the future.

I'd like to wake up tomorrow morning and have my million dollar portfolio without investing anything, just with a click. But this happens in some science fiction movie or if you are lucky enough to win the lottery ticket. In this case, a really dispassionate advice, give up all hope and maybe dedicate yourself to something more fun for your life. Money does not fall from the sky but must be earned through effort, sweat and risk, an element that must never be underestimated when we invest our capital.

In the crypto world, but also in the financial markets, the probability of losing part of the capital and even the entire investment is always around the corner. There are many factors that do not depend on us and we are unable to anticipate or postpone them. It overwhelms us and, taken by emotions, we make the wrong move and our account is empty. On the other hand, setting yourself a medium- or long-term goal helps manage emotions and this can often save your investment. An example? Bitcoin. Those who bought BTC in 2017 even at $ 19,000 and set themselves the goal of keeping it for years, today has more than doubled their investment. On the other hand, those who let themselves be overwhelmed by negative emotions following the decline, seeing that they would not have immediately had an economic return, rather they were at a loss, they sold and maybe if they did trading they also lost what they had earned from the first sale.

Today many think of earning by trading, I thought it too at the beginning. I always lost: I was selling and the price went up, I bought and the price went down. Didn't it happen to you too? If I hadn't touched my coins, I'd be in big money today. Experience has therefore taught me not to get caught up in emotions, don't despair if the price goes down and don't get excited if it goes up. My goal is 2030 and in the meantime to accumulate a little at a time, without haste and knowing that what I invest, I can lose it the next day. Never invest more than you are willing to lose. The number 1 rule for any type of investment. There are no guarantees or certainties, whoever offers them to you is lying to you.

Set yourself a goal, in the crypto market as in life, and don't think about what happens in between, focus on your final goal and the mere fact of having achieved it is already a big win. The rest will then come accordingly.

Successo in poco tempo aggiungo.
