Ragnarok Is Coming: Nice news!
Well well, finally some news about the long awaited game Ragnarok, the new NFT playtoearn that has all the ingredients to be a success, like Splinterlands!
Mechanism
In the announcement post of the official account @ragnarok.game it has been confirmed that the game will be based on cards that can be upgraded up to level 9. The upgrade unlocks new skills but HBD will be required, as well as the recovery of health points will require potions, medical herbs or upgraded weapons. Everything can be purchased only and exclusively with HBD.
In order to participate in the Ragnarok tournament it will be necessary to register annually, also in HBD.
HBD as a usage currency
One of the great goals of the creators of Ragnarok is to create a game in which the only currency used for item purchases is Hive Backed Dollar or HBD. Finally, a Dapps is being created in which HBD finds its exclusive use and this is truly wonderful.
So far we have learned to know and use HBD only and exclusively as a stablecoin to deposit our funds and earn interest, a limited financial instrument. Now HBD evolves and can be used for direct purchases in the Ragnarok game!
Profits
Like everything related to the crypto sector, if we invest capital, every user expects a profit. In addition to the value of the NFTs, which can be traded on the market, each HBD obtained for in-game purchases will be permanently routed to a pool called SIP (remember Spknetwork's SIP? Well it will be something like this) where it will start earning interest which will be divided among the NFT holders.
