In-depth information on GLORIUS cards and MERITS

Hi all Splinterlands friends,

today I opened the first GLADIUS CASE package, these are unique cards that at the moment it is not possible to sell or buy or rent them, but can be obtained only and exclusively with MERIT tokens. Where do I buy the MERIT? Unfortunately, or fortunately, these tokens are not for sale but it is possible to receive them only at the end of the BRAWL, ie the challenges between guilds.

During each season of the game, the guilds compete against each other and players can win as many battles as possible to get a higher score and a more consistent number of MERIT. GLADIUS packages are purchased from the shop in Sinterlands and you need at least 2000 MERIT to purchase 1 package.

I proceeded to purchase my first package and the screen before the revelation of the cards looks like this:

As you can see, the design is very elegant and incredibly attractive. Like opening CL or Untamed packs to get potions to get the chance for Legendary and Golden cards, so are GLADIUS packs like Blood Stones and Power Stones, which can only be purchased if the guild shop reaches level 6.

Well, now let's move on to the cards:

I was really very lucky, without using any potions, I got 2 golden cards, 1 epic card, 1 rare and 1 common. You can easily filter your GLORIUS cards by clicking on the G in the selection of the various editions.

At the moment the cards cannot be traded in the market so the market value of the same is not known. The DEC value of each card, however, contributes to the POWER, the value that indicates the maximum rank that each player can reach on the basis of which you will get different prizes depending on your positioning at the end of each season.

The cards, however, can be used in all battles, not only in BRAWL, and I can say that the GLADIUS heroes are on average more powerful than their peers in the other editions. This is all very exciting, they are my very first GLORIUS cards and I am looking forward to reaching the next 2000 MERITS for the opening of another pack.

Until recently I really knew very little about this set of cards, there is never any limit to the knowledge and deepening of new themes and this is very engaging for the players. The urge to learn about new cards, study new formations for new battles, new tokens as prizes, is truly an incredible work behind the mind of the creators of Splinterlands.

I can't yet interpret the many new features that will be available to players! Not getting involved in Splinterlands is really a chance to understand the thrill of being a player who really enjoys it.

oggi ho aperto il primo pacco GLADIUS CASE, si tratta di carte uniche che al momento non è possibile vendere o acquistarle o noleggiarle, ma si possono ottenere solo ed esclusivamente con i token MERIT. Dove acquisto i MERIT? Purtroppo, o per fortuna, questi token non sono in vendita ma è possibile riceverli solo al termine delle BRAWL, ossia le sfide tra gilde.

Durante ogni stagione di gioco, le gilde si affrontano tra di loro ed i giocatori devono vincere più battaglie possibili per ottenere un punteggio più alto ed un numero di MERIT più consistente. I pacchi GLADIUS si acquistano dal negozio in Spinterlands ed è necessario possedere almeno 2000 MERIT per acquistare 1 pacco.

Ho provveduto all'acquisto del mio primo pacco e la schermata antecedente la rivelazione delle carte appare in questo modo:

Come potete notare, il design è davvero molto elegante ed incredibilmente attraente. Come l'apertura dei pacchi CL o Untamed richiedono pozioni per incrementare la chance di ottenere carte Leggendarie e Dorate, così anche i pacchi GLADIUS richiedono Blood Stones e Power Stones, che possono essere acquistati solo se il negozio della gilda raggiunge il livello 6.

Bene, ora passiamo alle carte ottenute:

Sono stato davvero molto fortunato, senza aver utilizzato pozioni, ho ottenuto 2 carte dorate, 1 carta epica, 1 rara ed 1 comune. Potete facilmente filtrare le vostre carte GLORIUS cliccando sulla G nella selezione delle varie edizioni.

Al momento le carte non possono essere scambiate nel market per cui non è noto il valore in commercio della stessa. Il valore DEC di ogni carta però contribuisce al POWER, il valore che indica il rank massimo raggiungibile da ogni giocatore in base al quale otterrete premi diversi a seconda del vostro posizionamento alla fine di ogni stagione.

Le carte però possono essere utilizzate in tutte le battaglie, non solo nelle BRAWL, e posso affermare che gli eroi GLADIUS sono mediamente più potenti dei loro pari delle altre edizioni. Tutto ciò è davvero eccitante, sono le mie primissime carte GLORIUS e non vedo l'ora di raggiungere i prossimi 2000 MERITS per l'apertura di un altro pacco.

Fino a poco tempo fa conoscevo davvero molto poco di questo set di carte, non c'è mai limite alla conoscenza e all'approfondimento di nuove tematiche e ciò è molto coinvolgente per i giocatori. Lo stimolo a conoscere nuove carte, studiare nuove formazioni per nuove battaglie, nuovi token come premi, è davvero un incredibile lavoro che vi è dietro al mente degli ideatori di Splinterlands.

Non riesco ancora ad immaginare le molte e nuove funzioni che l'espansione LAND permetterà ai giocatori, la nuova fase di gioco, i nuovi ruoli ed i nuovi premi e carte che saranno a disposizione! Non essere coinvolti in Splinterlands è davvero un'occasione mancata di capire l'ebrezza di essere un giocatore che si diverte realmente.
