Bullish Market: Be careful!

Many enter the crypto world with a single purpose: to make money and make it fast. So they invest money simply by going to Coinmarketcap or Coingeko, see the list of the coins that have performed the most on the market in the last 7 days or in the last 24 hours and then wait for their wallet to increase to double within 24/48 hours. If this does not happen or there is a slight loss, then the user sells everything and invests in a new project, always observing the ranking of the projects with the best performance. It still waits 24/48 hours and if nothing happens, it changes again. After 10 cycles the investment was reduced by 50%, after 20 cycles by 80%. In the end, a random project is decided for the All up and then goodbye. Game over.

This was my first approach to the crypto market at the end of 2017 and clearly I have lost everything. I wanted to give up but then I reflected and started studying the mechanisms, the projects, the blockchain. Easy money does not exist and unfortunately this is the big trap that all those who enter the crypto world fall into. There is a good chance of making money but not investing capital without a minimum of information: you need to have the humility to learn. In 2017, ICOs took millions of dollars away from users who were duped and scammed: people invested in projects without knowing the content, the team, the roadmap or reading the White Paper. They received shitcoins in exchange with the promise that they would get a high return in the short term but then whoever collected the money vanished and left only a handful of numbers 0 to all investors.

The market went down, the whales profited, the inexperienced users fled demoralized and the market slept for a few years. Now the cycle is repeating itself and where there are opportunities, beware of scams. Those with some experience begin to distinguish a scam from the name of the project but many other new users are entering the market defenseless against the ferocity of scammers.

ICOs no longer exist but new tools have been introduced: DeFi and NFTs are an innovation that I consider exceptional and fundamental for the development of the blockchain but this is also a fertile ground for those who do not have information or tools to be able to defend themselves. from the bad guys. The advice is always the same: information and study of the projects. Be wary of those who ask you for crypto with the promise to multiply them, beware of giveaways at 99% they are scams, never give access keys to anyone, not even to exchanges or alleged devs, never click on suspicious links, do not do anything silly . Always reflect and if you have any doubts ask the community.

Better to spend a few hours or days of our time to inform us than to lose even just $ 100 of our capital, perhaps already narrow from the beginning. General rule: never invest more than you can lose. Crypto is a high-risk investment

Game Over.
