Breakfast Time

I am a very greedy person and I really like to taste food wherever I am, I really love the moment of tasting and I consider it one of the most pleasant moments in life. An excellent meal can be defined as the association of good food and a relaxing place.

This morning I had breakfast at the 3 Palms Bar, a historic bar in the city, active since the 70s and a meeting place for many young people throughout the year. The name of the American bar is not causal as it stands next to 3 large palm trees, they will be at least 60 years old and have become a symbol of the city.

The restaurant has a very large internal room and a beautiful outdoor garden which is usually used in the afternoon and evening hours for aperitifs and dinners. A truly lovely place to dine by candlelight 🕯️

This morning I chose a good cereal croissant with a filling of blueberry jam. The brioche dough is usually very buttery to make the pastry, but these croissants are particularly light, worked much longer with water and flour and a lactose-free butter in lower than normal quantities. The dough is particularly soft and the hint of cereals goes very well with blueberry jam.

Coffee is a classic of my breakfast, you can't drink anything else, it has now become a habit and for this it must be a really good coffee. The three palms bar uses only special blends, moreover the coffee is always ground just before its use and the aroma is intense, fragrant and leaves no side effects such as heartburn, a consequence of poor quality coffee or processing. very bad of the machine, especially if of low quality level.

Here, however, there are also people who prefer a savory breakfast, made up of eggs, bacon, wustel and cold cuts. The scent fills the air and it's hard not to be tempted by these dishes. A light background music is always a good food companion, relaxes the mind and sharpens the perception of scents in the air, as well as stimulating hunger.

The bar has free WiFi and this allows many workers who want to have lunch but still work to have a great place to do it. Very welcoming and professional, the staff is helpful and smiling, they prepare the customer to come back even later and this is what I have been doing for years now. Coffee and croissant has an affordable cost of 2 euros, for lunch and dinner the cost fluctuates around 15/20 euros, excluding wines.

You can pay by prepaid card but at the moment it does not yet accept cryptocurrencies, I asked the owner but at the moment it is still a way from being accepted as it is not regulated and difficult to manage with local taxation. But the owner told me that he knows Bitcoin and that he owns some cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and Bitcoin Cash.

Of course I told him about Hive, the community, what we do and what we will do. He seems to have been very satisfied with all the information, especially interested in the absence of commissions, a problem node for both the FIAT currency and the crypto, a great incentive for traders to potentially use it as a payment tool.

Stamattina ho fatto colazione al 3 Palms Bar, bar storico della città, attivo dagli anni '70 e luogo di ritrovo di tanti giovani durante tutto l'anno. Il nome dell'american bar non è causale in quanto sorge accanto a 3 grandi palme, avranno almeno 60 anni e sono diventate un simbolo della città.

Il ristorante dispone di una sala interna molto ampia e di un bel giardino esterno che solitamente viene utilizzato nelle ore pomeridiane e serali per aperitivi e cene. Un posto davvero incantevole dove cenare a lume di candela 🕯️

Stamattina ho scelto un buon croissant ai cereali con un ripieno di marmellata di mirtilli. L'impasto delle brioche è solitamente molto burroso per fare la sfoglia, ma questi croissant sono particolarmente leggeri, lavorati molto più a lungo con acqua e farina e un burro senza lattosio in quantità inferiori al normale. L'impasto è particolarmente morbido e il sentore di cereali si sposa molto bene con la confettura di mirtilli.

Il caffè è un classico della mia colazione, non si può bere altro, ormai è diventata un'abitudine e per questo deve essere davvero un buon caffè. Il bar tre palme utilizza solo miscele speciali, inoltre il caffè viene sempre macinato appena prima del suo utilizzo e l'aroma è intenso, fragrante e non lascia effetti collaterali come bruciore di stomaco, conseguenza di caffè o lavorazioni di scarsa qualità. pessimo della macchina, specie se di basso livello qualitativo.

Qui però c'è anche chi preferisce una colazione salata, composta da uova, bacon, wustel e salumi. Il profumo riempie l'aria ed è difficile non essere tentati da questi piatti. Una leggera musica di sottofondo è sempre un buon compagno di cibo, rilassa la mente e affina la percezione dei profumi nell'aria, oltre a stimolare la fame.

Il bar ha il WiFi gratuito e questo permette a molti lavoratori che vogliono pranzare ma lavorano ancora di avere un ottimo posto dove farlo. Molto accogliente e professionale, il personale è disponibile e sorridente, preparano il cliente a tornare anche più tardi ed è quello che faccio ormai da anni. Caffè e croissant ha un costo abbordabile di 2 euro, per pranzo e cena il costo oscilla intorno ai 15/20 euro, vini esclusi.

Si può pagare con carta prepagata ma al momento non accetta ancora criptovalute, ho chiesto al titolare ma al momento è ancora un modo per essere accettata in quanto non regolamentata e difficile da gestire con la tassazione locale. Ma il proprietario mi ha detto che conosce Bitcoin e che possiede alcune criptovalute come Ethereum e Bitcoin Cash.

Ovviamente gli ho parlato di Hive, della comunità, di cosa facciamo e cosa faremo. Sembra essere stato molto soddisfatto di tutte le informazioni, interessato soprattutto all'assenza di commissioni, nodo problematico sia per la valuta FIAT che per la crypto, un grande incentivo per i trader ad utilizzarla potenzialmente come strumento di pagamento.
