Peoples with Crises

I have a close watch on the crises of some countries. I have seen that there is too much shortfall of electricity in Pakistan. They have a good quantity of coal but i dont know why they are not utilizing the same. They can use this for creating electricity which will be very cheap for them. They are not taking help from china as they offered them their help for this purpose. This thing shows that politicians how much sincere with the citizens in that country. This is totally discussing. I have read the newspapers and find that they have lot of crises in their country and the persons are jobless too. Due to this purpose they are looking for better earning opportunity for them and moving abroad.
