Proper Hygiene and healthy lifestyle

Everyone needs to have a proper hygiene and a healthy lifestyle.Why? Because good personal hygiene is important in today's society for both health and social reasons and having healthy lifestyle will prevent you from getting sick and of course you may live much longer than what you expect.

Keeping your hands and body clean is vital in stopping germs and other microorganisms living everywhere. If you are not getting a proper hygiene, you may get ill or sick maybe because the germs or bacteria has already entered inside your body through your mouth if you have eat something dirty or contaminate, or through your nose if you have inhaled beside someone who sneezed and who's already sick. Worst comes to worst if you don't start to watch your hygiene, the probability of getting virus is high. We all know that there are different kinds of virus nowadays and we can only prevent it by getting a proper hygiene.

With regards to the food we eat, we all know that we crave much for burgers, fries, soda from different fast food chains and restaurants. But eating those food too much will cause problems in our health as time goes by. Some of us also eat junk foods like Lays, Piattos, Nova and the like. It's not bad to eat those kind of food or snack but we have to limit the number of times we eat those kind per day. Instead, we should focus on eating healthy foods like fruits and veggies with less meat and rarely sugar.

Now, there are basic steps on how to get a proper hygiene and get a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Wash your hands using an antibacterial soap for 20-30 seconds.

  2. Use a clean cloth or tissue to wipe your hands as well as other parts of your body that are wet.

  3. Brush your teeth 2-3 times a day or every after meal to wash away food that was stucked on your teeth to prevent cavities and bad breath.

  4. Use an alcohol with at least 70% solution everytime you wash or touch something that might have been touched by others for you to prevent the spread of possible germs or bacteria.

  5. Avoid smoking. We all know that smoking can cause different illness and smokers nowadays have the highest possibility of getting infected by virus or getting sick due to smoking.

  6. Eat properly. Balance diet is a great start for you to be healty.

  7. Exercise. Whether you go to gym every once in a while or you do push-ups at home will do.

  8. Get some proper sleep.

  9. Drink at least 8 glass of water a day.

  10. Take some Vitamins that will help you boost your immune system to protect you from different kinds of deseases.

It's not that hard to change the way you live right now. From eating junkies to eating veggies, from being smoker to non-smoker, from not using soap when washing to wahing hands with soap. It's not that hard. You just have to manage yourself and take one step at a time for you to achieve this. It takes a while but TRUST ME. It is WORTH IT.
