In our society today, use of mobile phones and other gadgets like laptop/desktop, gameboy, PSP and the like are now part of our everyday life. Gadgets took most of our time everyday, in fact, some of us wake up in the morning and the second we open our eyes, mobile phone is the one we look first. Do you agree? Some will agree and others won't. This scenario is the same with going to bed. Whenever we are not sleepy, we use our phones and laptop depending on your habit but do you know that instead of getting sleepy, it will make you stay awake and the moment you realize or feel that you are sleepy, it is already an hour before sunlight. In short, we didn't get the chance to sleep properly. If this habit continue and if our body gets used to this, we might develop sleep deprivation, headaches, insomnia and tiredness. Our eyes will get affected too because of the radiation and brightness of the screen of the phone or laptop you use.
