Good labor faith

One person was a BANK employee during the period from 06/04/2009 to 12/15/2020.
Making use of her status as a BANK worker, she requested a loan for the sum of 140,200.00, which was approved on September 2016 starting according to the schedule to be paid from October 2016.
It is worth mentioning that the person had been paying the installments of the assumed loan in an impeccable manner.
4. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the BANK liquidates it in December 2020.
5. However, without considering the situation we are going through, the BANK has taken totally disproportionate measures, such as:
5.1 Increase in the interest rate of the loan from 9% to 12%

The modification of double quotas to simple quotas (because he was no longer going to receive salary or bonuses).
5.3 The collection of 4 installments deducted from the settlement.
5.4 Due to the great affectation that the situation and then, the measures adopted by the BANK regarding the loan in question, is that I go to their facilities in order to seek some agreement or flexible reasonable payment solution, since the pandemic is something that could not be foreseen at the time of requesting the loan, not to mention that currently the person does not have a job and the credit history with the BANK has always been impeccable.
5.5 Not only did I not get any flexible solution from the BANK, but they also made the judicial withholding for the following amounts:
5.6 BCP soles account: 194-19252140-0-05. Amount: S/ 2,135 soles.
5.7 BCP soles account (jointly with a third party, which I do not use and the funds belong only to this person): 194-35948707-0-23. Amount: S/2,583 soles.
5.8 BCP Dollars Account: 194-91418771-1-90. Amount: US$4,009 dollars.
5.9 BBVA soles account: 0011-0368-0200452773. Amount: S/921 soles
6. It is thus that the BANK, using the personal information they had for being a former worker, is that it performs all these operations to the detriment not only of economic stability but also of mental and emotional stability.
