I had read a very interesting book and I really want to share to you what I learned from it.

You may really get some points in here that you may want to evaluate yourself.

Here are some questions that you may want to ponder upon.

Do you often feel insecure?

•Do you feel easily upset with yourself and with others?

•Do you feel frightened whenever you think about the future?

•Do you feel excessively concerned in what other may think about you?

•Is it difficult to forget the bad things that others do unto you?

•Are you short tempered person?

If your answer is "Yes" then you may consider these steps in how to overcome those negativities within us.Here are some suggestions:

Practice meditation,meditation greatly affects in developing our mental health and this method will surely help.

▪Breath deeply and calm down,when you are upset or going to be upset. Try to relax yourself by breathing in and out. Try to control yourself until what you feel that upsets you will go away.

▪Practice to forgive and forget. This will help you to easily move on. Forgivenesss not only produces calmness in you but also in other person who will end up respecting you for your nobleness.

▪Be grateful. We should be grateful and give thanks whatever happens in our lives wether good or bad coz everything happens for a reason. Trials also made for us to be strong,and learned daily in our lives endeavour.

▪Pray always. Last but not the least. Pray for yourself,pray for others and pray also for your enemies. If the person pray for the people who upset them this relieves the bad feeling,dissipating the negative thoughts .

Thats all I have learned and already shared it to you. I hope you will learn from it as well.

Thank you for these tips ate,i'm a short tempered person haha sobra ate pag hindi ko talaga nakokontrol sarili ko naiiyak na lang ako i mean parang yun na lang din yung way to calm down HAHHAHAHA sobrang bugnutin ko pa naman,pag tinatanong tanong ako ng ulit ulit naiinis agad aq grrr

hehe..me too. but I practice some of those healthy tips. Actually been heard that many times over in our church sermon and just read the book where it came from.
