) ABDOMEN
Cramps in the Abdomen
Cramping pain in the abdomen is usually a symptom of acute gastroenteritis. The cramping pain may come from indulgence in alcohol, (intestinal flu), food poisoning, an overdose of cathartic, poisoning by certain drugs or mettalic poisons, thphoid fever, dysentery, or cholera.
Abdominal cramps are an important symptom in intestinal obstruction.
Abdominal Cramps occur in normal pregnancy, but forceful constractions in pregnancy are to be taken seriously as they may indicate the onset of premature labor.
Distension of the Abdomen
This may be caused by the presence of either gas or fluid. Without realizing it, some people develop the habit of swallowing air. Quantities of gas are also produced in the stomach and intestine as a result of fermentation of putrefaction of food. Normally the gas is released by belching or by the passing of flatus through the rectum. Distension can also occur in gastritis, intestinal obstruction, celiac disease, sprue, and the serious condition of ileus

Fluid in the Abdomen
Abdominal distension from accumulation of fluid in the peritoneal cavity may occur as a complication in congestive heart failure, glomerulonephritis, cirrhosis of the liver, and abdominal or thoracic cancer when this interferes or irritates the peritoneal lining
Masses in the Abdomen
Some masses within the abdomen are normal or relatively harmless. In pregnancy, the uterus can be felt in the lower middle area. It increases in size and extends upward as the pregnancy progresses.
Rigidity of the Abdomen
When the tissues inside the abdomen become inflamed, there develops a protective reflex mechanism by which the muscles of the abdominal wall become firmly contracted.
Tenderness in the Abdomen
In acute abdominal inflammations the abdominal wall overlying the inflamed area becomes tender, reinforcing, as it were, the protection afforded by the rigidity of the muscle mentioned in the previous paragraph.
2.) ABSCESS
The body responds to an invasion of germs by mobilizing blood leukocytes which crowd into the infested tissue area. The leukocytes carry antibodies, and some have the ability to engulf germs.
In mild infections the remains of the germs are carried away by the blood and lymph to be disposed of in other parts of the body. But in a severe infection the debris of cells and germs becomes PUS, which may be eliminated as a purulent discharge from one of the body's opening ls, or may form a pus-filled abscess if the infection occurs deep in the body's tissues. PUS is a liquid waste product which contains many pus cells-leukocytes expended in the conflict with germs.
3.) ANEMIA
Paleness occurs whenever the blood fails to move briskly enough or when it carries less hemoglobin than normal.
Because complexions vary, it is difficult to judge whether a person is pale by merely looking at his skin.
4.) ANXIETY
This symptom consists of a feeling of uncertainty , apprehension, and fear. It is normal for a person to be anxious when deprived of proper security or when threatened with great uncertainties. It is when a person is anxious in the fave of favorable circumtances or when his anxiety continues week after week, that the symptom must be raken seriously. Anxiety is an important cause of many ( functional ) diseases and is an important element in neuroses and mental illness.
5.) APPETITE
Loss of Appetite
This may be caused by emotional tensions, reaction to unappetizing food, problems at mealtime, or the use tobacco. It is also an early symptom in many illnesses and is an important reason for the loss of weight in many chronic, wasting diseases. It is particularly noticeable in stomach cancer and infectious hepatitis.
Increase in Appetite
Many persons unhappy with their lot in life seem to find satisfaction in eating. Some persons, during periods of sternuous activity or during pregnancy, grow accustomed to eating heartily. Then, when conditions change, their habit continues on.
6.)BEDSORE
Bedsores occurs in locations where the underlying parts of the skeleton are close to the skin, as over the bony prominences of the lower back, pelvis, and upper part of the hip, and in the vicinity of the ankle.
This occurs in persons confined to bed or otherwise unable to change the position of some part of the body.
7.) BED-WETTING
This is a troublesome symptom affecting children in which the bladder empties involuntarily, usually during deep sleep. Contributing factors include ( tardy growth of the bladder so that its capacity is exceeded ) ( hindrance to the free flow of urine by a narrowing of the urethra, or by folds in the membrane that lines the urethra).
8.) BELCHING
The expulsion of gas from the stomach by belching does not neccessarily indicate disease. It usually occurs as result of air swallowing, after rapid eating or in dyspepsia.
9.) BLACKOUT
The unconsciousness caused by faiting is usually of brief duration, with the person quickly regaining awareness. The fundamental cause of fainting is a sudden diminution of the blood supply to the brain centers.
10.) BLADDER
Difficulty in Emptying the Bladder
Difficulty in the voiding of urine may come from conditions involving the urethra, such as stricture following an old infection, or from pressure from outside the urethra as by an enlarged prostate. It can occur as a consequence of taking certain drugs.
Loss of Control of the Bladder
Involuntary passage of urine occurs when the bladder or urethra is infected. There is a sudden urgency to empty the bladder, and if the desire is not gratified, urine may escape.
Loss of bladder control occurs when the nerves to the bladder or the spinal cord itself have been damaged by disease or injury.
11.) BLEEDING (HEMORRHAGE)
Effects of Blood Loss
Blood account for 7 to 9 percent of the body's weight. This means that a human body usually contains between four and six quarts (or liters) of blood. A person can be suddenly deprived of a pint (half liter) of blood with litte adverse effect, but when greater amounts are lost, symptoms develop----pallor, thirst, cold sweat, buzzing in the ears, dizziness, blurred vision, restlessness, a rapid and faint pulse, rapid and swallow breathing, and eventual unconsciousness.
Any severe loss of blood, either apparent or suspected, justifies the immediate attention of a physician.
Injury, Bleeding as a Result of
a. ) Bleeding From the Site of Injury
Blood loss from a crushing injury is not as rapid as from severed artery. In a shardply severed artery, the blood escapes in spurts, one spurt with each heartbeat.
b. ) Internal Bleeding From Injury
Internal bleeding may occur whenever a person has received a hard blow, has fallen, has been thrown from a horse or moving vehicle, or has suffered a crushing injury.
Bladder, Bleeding From
Blood in the urine may come from the bladder, urethra, or kidneys. Common causes are cancer, kidney stones, acute nephritis and infections causing hemorrhagic cystitis.
Ears, Bleeding From
In head injury, bleeding from the ears suggests fracture at the base of the skull.
Lungs, Bleeding From
Since blood from the lungs is expelled through the mouth, it may not be easy to tell blood coming from the lungs.
Mouth, Bleeding From
The mouth is subject to injuries, ulcers, and tumors, all of which may cause bleeding. Otherwise, it is the gums which bleed most easily. Bleeding when the teeth are brushed is usually caused by periodonal disease (pyorrhea) which calls for care by a dentist.
Nosebleed
Bleeding from the interior of the nose may be caused by an external injury to the nose, by excessive nose blowing, by breathing very dry air, or by removal of crusts in the nose.
Tumor within the nose, systemic tendency to bleeding, high blood pressure, and such diseases as measlesand rheumatic fever may set the stage for nosebleed.

Persistent bleeding from minor wounds suggests defects in the blood-clotting mechanism.
Stomach, Blood From
Blood in the stomach may be expelled by vomiting or by passing it through the intestines.
Vagina, Bleeding From
Periodic bleeding from vagina occurs normally during menstruation throughout a woman's reproductive time of life.
Causes of abnormal vaginal bleeding include polyps in the uterus or cervix, myoma, inflammation of the lining of the uterus, disturbances of the balance of the hormones that control menstruation, and cancer of the uterine tube or uterus.

Impairment of vision should be taken seriously.
In addition to difficulties with the eye itself, vision may be affected by damage to the nerves that carry impulses from the eye to the brain.

First week Of School
I already commute all the expenses for daily and for the allowance of my eldest. Now i realize that i should have extra income for me to still have savings for an emergency fund. but fortunately betraying is difference.
betraying is commonly known us, it is traitor to your friends it is not the only in a friendship but it has also in a relationship.
The example :
when you already have a partner that who really trust you and never give you sign to be an overthinker. but one day you just have this instinct. That there is something wrong with your partner. And you already started to checking his phones and anything that his private. and suddenly you notice everything in a one swipe on his phone. That makes your mind to open what is the best to do. You already got a red flags. You just think because he just ignoring those who chatting him and flirting him. but you notice the notification from his social media account that they just have a conversation in comment. That makes you feel betrayed and a red flags that your partner never love you. But because you jusg options to be handled.
Same situation as me. He betrayed my love and now. I will not let anyone hurt me again and again. And thats it.. Surrender if you already know your value and worth to someone really feel what you feel.
I thought, I could love him for the rest of my life but now i think it is better to love myself and never let anyone to hurt my feelings again.
Unexpected Pregancy
From the start I really don't expect that i could be pregnant this year. I really don't like to get pregnant and Im so confident that I can't get pregnant because of my irregular menstruation cycle. Feb. 2,2022 is my first attempt bought pregnancy test because I already delayed 1month. But first I don't like to but because I don't like to know. Because I was so stressful the past month. After attempting first pregnancy test it is positive. And I was not convince that im pregnant because the one like is faded. I thought, I got false pregnancy. That's why I bought another one pregnancy test and still the display is positive two red lines. And it is not faded anymore. That's why Im trying to be calm and never let the stress still on me. I thought that this is the blessings that God gave me. For me to change my personality and being so helpless. This baby was so strong enough because I already feel that I must know my worth,to be strong and to be brave of my decisions to make.
First check up to my OB Gyne is to see my baby. But unfurtunately it has know baby seen by the Transvaginal Ultrasound. That's why Im experience spotting a 0month before I go to the OB's clinic. And the doctor receipt for the baby to hold on. So expensive because I must drink two times a day. I was not able to drink because if the baby really given by God it will never be gone. The doctor told me to go back on Mar. 8, 2022.
Second check up to my OB Gyne. The doctor repeat the procedure just like the first check up. And unexpected the baby was seen inside my womb. Feeling bless and happy for the result. But the doctor still give me medicine for the baby to hold on.

This is a story of girl that she really strong. Before that, her mother was also a strong woman. She got the ability of her mother. One day the school was trap on the gangster. And the gangster dont give chance to pass through the border. The driver of the bus was begging. But the gangster never listen to him. 2nd Day Training
I was so excited and nervous. But i realize why not boost my confidence and be good in english as will. When my name was called from our trainor i was shock and i dont know if i should participate for the activity. And when i already told that i should read the sentence on the screen. I was surprise but a bit nervous. While I start reading my internet sucks. I was so ashamed of what happened to my connection..

Being a Good Mother is not easy
Being a good mother is not easy. Yes, its true. We hard to understand why we keep on shouting when our kids doing something we dont like. Just to let them know that we need their help. But sometimes we dont really appreciate our hard worked of being a mother. We dont know if we really a good mom or just a mother to take good care for them. We already experience having a problem just like depression, anxiety and overthink in times we are alone. Because we know no one will listen and no one will understand. It is because they didnt experience the things we experience as a mother. And also it is hard that you have to be strong because you are the only one who take good care of them. And the husband was just work and work they just think we as a mother. We dont work at home. We have just time to keep on facebook, twitter or instagram. But they didnt know about what youre going through. They didnt see what works you do when they left you with kids. They just know that it is easy to be here home and taking care the kids.
They even experience woke up at the middle of the night to take care of the little one. In the morning you need to woke up early to cook breakfast, send to school , cleaning the house and even you dont have time to yourself just to have a good role as a mother. How many man that really knows how the mothers feels everything.
But I keep fighting because I love my kids..

I know Im not good in english but Im trying to be. But I cant reach out people who truly have expertise about grammarly speaking.. I really dont understand what I am saying. Basic Training From Call Center and ESL for Free
I was searching for work from home because of this pandemic we have experience right now. It is my first time to enter this kind of work. I rather have a training even it is basic. And this company came and offering for free training. I was so nervous at the first day. My hand is shaking and my heart beats fast. When our trainer asking as to participate she call my name and ask why I join the training. And I was shock I didnt expect that she will call me. My answer was, I join this training to have an experience and to learn more about call center and esl. My voice is shaking and waving just like Im going to cry because of unexpected participating on the class. Tomorrow again we have an assignment on how to pronunce each words. Im still now practising and trying to be perfect.

Actually before I dont really mind the meaning of this 3 silent but can affect on yourself confidence. Because this is common but never known by anyone who truly experience. Depression is when you really feel sad and you feeling hopeless.. Anxiety has the same pattern on depression but different meaning. Anxiety is when you restless, tense and breathing rapily. An overthinker is the illness in yourself that you can't understand by others who didnt experience of all the trauma that youve been through in a past.
All of this is a commonly have in a person that has a mental health. It can be cure but it can be uncure. Sometimes people just to release all the pain they just think the best thing is to die. And some people letting others to be there when they ready to die. Just like the news a year ago. She is a mother of 1 year old. The husband was not thinking of what his wife's been through while just taking care of their child. He think his wife just dramatic. He never appreciate how hard to taking care of a child that youre the only one doing things in your house. And then suddenly he just found out that his wife and his child was rope on their neck.. First the mother killed her child before she kill herself. And that's what they just do to easily release the pain. Its hard but almost woman having this kind of disease. But I was glad that I think God everytime I have problems. I never forget him and pray for everything. Hopefully no woman will do this think anymore. I know its hard but try not to surrender.
In God Perfect Time
I keep praying to God. Hoping someone will here to help me to go through with this. I dont really think of what should i do right now. I keep on searching for work for me to have money and get tickets to go home in my place. Everyday I feel nothing happened to myself if i keep depend on my husband's money to go home. I know he will never give me an enough money to go home. He spend times with his Friends and Relatives. But even we his family he never give time to bond our children. To spend time with us. He prefered to be with someone who can makes him happy and makes him comfortable to be with. That's why I have to do something. For him to realize the family must the first priority in times he was on vacation. How can he realize if we still here in his side.. I think, I need to work hard and have some income. If there someone can recommend me or refer me to someone who can give me work from home.. Even if the salary is enough to save for tickets..
Im so tired of been taking forgranted to someone who can never see our worth..
How's everyone
How are you everyone? Long time no Post. I was so busy because was transferred into other place. Place of my husband. From Negros Oriental transferred General Santos City. And its really hard to travel. In the middle of this pandemic. But we need immediate transfer. Because my Father inlaw was died before we planned to move out from Negros. And that it is way i don't have time to make post here or no news from here. I really miss the income here. Almost a year i was not able to update here of what happened.. I miss my family but we really need to move because of having a store here. But unfortunately it is not really good to go here. It is really hard to being in the place that you dont have family can call when you need help. Even if you have problems no one can listen and advice you for everything happened in your life. So disappointed to be here with my kids. Yes, I know this is the part of being married. But someday you must see yourself in safety place. And that's when you still in the place where you was born.
I have so lots of problem and it gives me stressful and no peace of mind anymore. My self keeping saying that you must let people happy and that makes you happy. How can I be happy if he is the one forcing me to do anything that I dont like.
