Have someone watched a documentary about killing a family member? I think not everyone are fond of watching this kid of documentaries because it is disturbing, disgusting, and also scary. But, I really found myself watching crime documentaries even if it scares me most of the time. I really like hearing stories about it, even if it bothers me as well. I am always curious so I really like watching documentaries in different genre or social issues.
This documentary that I will be talking about this time in this article is about a father who killed his daughters and his wife. To be specific, he killed his own family. It has been trending in social media these past few months. It has been in a Netflix Documentary as well. I have watched it in Netflix, but still searched for the documentary on Youtube too. I cannot provide the link this time, but you can search “American Murder: The Family Next Door”. This is what I remember. Try it out and find out.
So, it goes like this. A woman is missing, a pregnant woman with two daughters. Her friend has been calling her for hours and she is not answering her phone. Her friend was just her neighbor and what makes the friend worry is that her slippers are in their house but no one is answering. There, she suspected that something is wrong and called the police. As soon as the police came, it turned out that they cannot open the house and nobody is answering. They needed a key, so they called Chris, who is the woman’s husband. (I really am sorry for not remembering her name so I keep on using “woman”). They talked to Chris and he said that he didn’t come home after they had an emotional talk.
To cut the story short, he tried to cover up the disappearance of his wife and daughters but some neighbors are being suspicious with his actions. The investigation started and they haven’t found the woman and her daughters. They made a lie detector test to the husband who is also the father of the missing children. And he failed it. He lied.
He was caught up with his lies and when the officers talked to him, he just wanted to talk to his father so they let them talk. Later on, he confessed to his father that he actually killed his wife. He confessed, but not yet everything. The officers came to the room and talked to him calmly so he could say everything clear as well. He told them where the bodies are. The search operation has started the moment he mentioned where did he put the bodies. It is on his workplace. The investigation then went smoothly since they already had the suspect.
He confessed everything. From how his relationship with his wife became dull up to the moment of their last conversation where in he mentioned that they had a very emotional conversation. He was asked why did he do it, and he just tried to put the blame to his wife but it cannot be justified because of the fingerprints found on his daughters’ body.
They are tangled to death, by their own father. They are tangled to death by the person who should be protecting them. They are tangled to death by the person who is supposed to be their hero. They are tangled to death by the person who should be the person that won’t hurt them.
Beautiful daughters are killed by their own father. And a wife who was pregnant with another angel was killed too. Just because the husband, the father, wants to start a new life with his new girlfriend. That hurts to bad.

One of the saddest documentaries I've seen. He killed his entire family just to be with his new GF. He could have just filed a divorce if he was no longer happy with the wife but, instead, he chose to kill them. What an a$$hole!
