The crypto dream "To own a Bitcoin".[ENG-ESP] Every day I read a little bit of news regarding the world of cryptocurrencies, with the intention of being a little bit informed or learning something new. Recently I read that with the fall of the Bitcoin in the last weeks the number of wallets with 1BTC increased a lot. For people like me who are just neophytes in the crypto world, it is a dream to be able to have a Bitcoin in a wallet. The fall in value that crypto assets have suffered has made it possible to make the acquisition more accessible. And that's precisely what it's all about, buying when prices are low. Right now that the value of BTC is around 20 to 23 thousand USD, compared to its historical maximum of 60 thousand USD makes us think that right now is an ideal price to buy some Satoshis if you do not have the capital to buy an amount equal to or greater than one BTC. It is really interesting how the number of people with 1 BTC has increased in these last weeks, because, I think that with this fact, it shows us how the confidence in the Blockchain world is growing more and more. I always mention about the Venezuelan economy, but in reality the world economy is in crisis and the traditional systems of conceiving the economy are also in crisis. It is more the devaluation of money than the interest offered in the banks. So if you want to lose capital, deposit your money in a bank. On the other hand, the rates of increase in the value of cryptos are increasingly higher, and although there are moments of decline, which are normal in the markets because there is always a bidding of value, if we know how to study the projects and draw short, medium and long term goals with certain margins, we can devise financial plans within the blockchain world that will make us generate wealth. Moreover, if there is one thing that Bitcoin and other currencies such as Bitcoin Cash have, it is that they are not infinite. Making it impossible to print new coins and thus evading the devaluation of its price, as it will increasingly increase demand and decrease supply. Therefore, my utopian dream is that one Satoshi will be equivalent to one dollar. It sounds far-fetched, but today if you buy 100 USD (THIS IS NOT A FINANCIAL TIP) they are equivalent to an approximate 430,000.00 Satoshi, that is, if in 10 years the Satoshi is equivalent to one dollar. You will not have 100USD in your wallet, but 430,000 USD. I give this example to illustrate the power of cryptos in the future. As I said, I don't have 1 BTC in my wallet, but that is my dream, I hope one day to reach it or surpass it and go further. Thanks for reading. *Translated with www.

The evolution of the Web [ENG-ESP] In these last centuries technology has been advancing at an incredibly fast pace, and in these last decades we have noticed it even more. Look at your hands, it is very likely that at this moment you have your smartphone in your hand, some 30 years ago we did not imagine being able to be hyperconnected in the way we are today. Thanks to the internet, many borders have been abolished, and we can do a lot of things we couldn't imagine before. But, the internet has not always been the same, like all technology it is constantly improving and optimizing. In short, we could say that we have lived through three great moments in the development of the Internet. What is known as web1, web2 and web3. Let us briefly mention each of these stages, trying to outline the differences between each of these stages. Let's start with the first one in chronological order WEB1 Born in the 90's, it is characterized by a limited access to information, the pages were static and it is basically the beginning of e-commerce. WEB2 Born in 2005 with the emergence of social networks and the possibility of connecting mobile devices to the Internet. The idea of the cloud was also born. And so we arrive at the current WEB3 With the birth of Bitcoin, in 2009 the concept of Blockchain was born. It proposes a decentralized data architecture, and also proposes a decentralized economy. Currently, in this year 2022, we are still working for a better and better development of this web3. The idea that he defends the most is decentralization, as he proposes a revolutionary turn not only in the internet, but in the way we think about society, and I think it is a turn for which we are not yet ready as a society. Digital infrastructures, such as Bitcoin Cash, are proposals that bring value to society if not print a new way of thinking about life. Two years ago I started my journey in this world of cryptocurrencies and since then I can say that not only my economy has changed, but my financial education has improved abysmally. I feel that Blockchain, not only makes us true protagonists of our life, but also makes us aware of our responsibility. Thank you for reading... *Translated with www.

Books in the NFT world [ENG-ESP] There are two things in the world that I am very passionate about, besides philosophy which has been the career I have chosen, on the one hand, blockchain technology and, on the other hand, books, literature, in fact, one of my big dreams is to publish a book with a publishing house. But I asked myself, to what extent blockchain technology will not come to embrace the literary field in the same way as it has done with music, digital art, video games or content creation? So I started thinking about the possibility that an NFT platform could be erected that could hold books, a sort of bookstore 3.0 A place where writers could put their works for sale as NFT. The idea is not to supplant book stores, but to promote in them an approach to new technologies. Let's imagine that in the not too distant future, each publishing house has its own platform and that writers can postulate their works according to the criteria of the publisher, even if this is something centralized, writers can choose where and how to offer their works NFT, because this will open the way to decentralized platforms in building a project like this. Environmentally, it could have its benefits because we would no longer need paper, because reading and writing would be digital. It is undoubtedly the approach and the displacement that we as a society are making towards the digital. Although I am one of the people who prefer to read a book in physical format rather than in digital format, it is undoubtedly that the use of paper is harmful to society by cutting down trees, although it is also very harmful the waste of electricity every time new projects are added to the crypto world, but the energy issue we will leave for another time. The truth is that thinking about literary texts as an NFT article is a very interesting task for me. I think I'm going to investigate about it, I do not promise anything, just that I will document myself a lot about this matter and then I will tell you about it. Because each author has the rights to his work, by selling a book as a NFT he would not be able to assign his rights. What I find interesting is that publishers are already thinking about the NFT issue. As I said, I prefer a physical text, on paper, I love that, and maybe this in the future of NFT books is not something that will be lost, but it will be in the background. You can opt for a physical version when you buy your NFT. Also, it would be interesting to think of this technology as a strategy against piracy. Because even though, it is something that seems like it will not go away, with the use of blockchain technology in the book market it will be a tough action against piracy. Thanks for reading *Translated with www.

Is Venezuela ready for a widespread adoption of Cryptocurrencies?[ENG-ESP] I must start this article by saying that what I will say below is a purely speculative opinion, not based on facts. Precisely what I am trying to do is to show a fairy of will to move the spirit of the writer (and why not the reader?) to start an investigation and survey to try to explore how much, or not, Venezuelan citizens want to take advantage of the countless opportunities and benefits of blockchain technology and the web3. All the technology that enables the existence and development of cryptocurrencies is extremely broad, we usually summarize everything with one word Blockchain and it is not wrong, in fact, it is the appropriate term, but what happens with extremely specialized terms is that to most people these terms represent very little or rather, nothing. To take a random example, not many people we might run into on the street will know or understand what fluid dynamics is and what it is all about, unless you are in civil engineering or physics, this is irrelevant to you. But, everyone needs drinking water, even if they know nothing about fluid dynamics. The same happens with money, although it is in everyone's hand or well almost everyone, only few people know how money really works, although they use it daily they do not know how it is generated. Why would it be different with cryptocurrencies? I think we should focus our gaze and direct our energies to show people the benefits of this new technology and then little by little educate them about how it works in a profound way. Right now, Venezuela is the country with more Bitcoin transactions, but I go out in the street and it seems that most people do not know what Bitcoin is about, and when I try to talk to them about the existence of ways to start using cryptocurrencies, they become closed. I have a feeling that the Crypto world to this day behaves like the phrase in the prologue of Nietzsche's Zarathustra "...it is for everyone and no one." I do not feel that Venezuela possesses all the conditions to adopt cryptocurrencies in a generalized way, however, this should not be a limit for those of us who work as disseminators and educators of the blockchain system. I must confess that I, myself, sympathize with two projects that I think are great, each with their unique characteristics that make them for me, the two best projects with untold potential in their growth and with unparalleled scalability. On the one hand, the Bitcoin Cash blockchain, and, on the other hand, the Hive blockchain. Now, knowing that the necessary means do not exist for a massive adoption, I think the work is harder, but it has been building a critical mass of people who believe and trust in blockchain technology and continue to publicize these projects is the task, show and demonstrate the reliability, and how beneficial it would be for everyone in Venezuela as far as possible to adopt blockchain technology in different areas. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version) Translated with www.

Protect your money with BCH [ENG-ESP] It is no secret that the economies of nation-state projects are going through a period of crisis at a global level, the euro had a fall like never before in its history, the dollar has also suffered a strong devaluation and not to mention Latin American economies. Countries like Venezuela have decades of devaluation and inflation. The monetary cones have changed 3 times in the last 20 years, the most recent was the annulment of 6 zeros to the currency. The price of the dollar in relation to the bolivar is basically governed by two sources, on the one hand the price dictated by the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV) and on the other hand by unofficial pages, and those second ones have been the ones that have won the debate on the prices of the dollar in relation to the Bolivar. It is also no secret that governments today, not having their money backed by anything, can print and print more money, or as they do here in Venezuela, they deposit bonds in people's bank accounts, thus creating inflation and causing Fiat money to lose its strength, although here in Venezuela it has not even a hint of solidity left. The truth is that it seems that contemporary history does not favor nation-state projects, having a direct economic impact on their economies since they have centralized banking systems. Instead, projects such as Bitcoin Cash, which is becoming more and more accepted globally, propose an interesting value proposition for both the commercial system and the personal sphere. If we talk about protecting our money as I mentioned in the title of this article, the BCH protocol thanks to wallets like the Bitcoin Wallet, allow me not only to store my capital indifferently be a few pains or are really many, now, the security guarantee that has my money in this wallet will depend only on me, there is no trusted third party to "safeguard" my money, it's me. Since we are talking about a decentralized project. So we must take care of our security and make the relevant backups of the security key. In other words, we are our own bank. Now, Bitcoin Cash as the whole Crypto market has recently suffered a correction in its price. However, the fluctuating market movement has its advantages and disadvantages. Right now, at a low price it is indisputable that the best thing to do is to buy or at least not to sell. But this is not financial advice. The point I am getting at is that if we look at the big picture, look at the process of BCH since its emergence in 2017 and compare it to the economies of nation states from the same year until today, it is noticeable that BCH shows greater strength and also seems to project a better future. But, I cannot be making conjectures about the future and least of all I who am not at all an expert on this matter. What is certain is that the Bitcoin Cash project and its global community are working hard and are promoting a promising future. And now is the time to give it a chance and take the reins of your economy and your capital. *Translated with www.

How to earn Cryptos in Cryptowinter [ENG-ESP] All traders, or those of us who call ourselves crypto-enthusiasts, know that markets have a cyclical behavior, in which bullish periods are to sell and bearish ones to accumulate, well that is the theory since as we all know the maxim will always be: "buy low and sell high". But, accumulating in the midst of an inflationary crisis is a challenge. However, we can't label everything as a disaster when things don't seem to be working in our favor. One thing we can do is try to figure out what is the lesson or opportunity that difficult times bring. In many cases that is what many people and projects seem to be trying to discover, the opportunities in difficult periods. Right now we are going through an economic winter that is interesting enough to stop and think about and evaluate our plans. I must confess that for my part this cryptowinter has been really difficult, since the Venezuelan economic reality is too complex, and I have had to sell some of my savings in Cryptocurrencies at absurd prices, thus breaking the law of "buy low and sell high" because I ended up selling cheaper than the purchase price. But this, has made me look at other opportunities, made me think that I should diversify my income, have B plans, and have savings in stablecoins, which I didn't have. I have done a lot of research on to try to discover other opportunities. That's why I want to mention some avenues that can help so I don't have to break the piggy bank. There are many Play-to-ern games, it is a matter of you discovering which of the countless gaming projects best suits your needs. We also have the staked system, or token blockchain. In cryptocurrencies that work with the 'Proof of staked' protocol you will contribute to the processing of transactions if you staked tokens, you will also in turn reduce the amount of tokens available on the market trying to support the project and not let it go down too easily. And that by having tokens locked in this protocol, you will get rewards. You can look for some Freelancer job, who will pay you in some crypto or stablecoin and all from your home community. On the other hand there are people who are dedicated to the hunt for Airdrops, looking for platforms that give Cryptos or tokens for free or at low cost. I must confess that in these last two ways I am terrible. You can also get rewards in Cryptocurrencies by creating content, there are plenty of platforms where you can express yourself the way you want and earn money doing it. We are talking about RRSS 3.0, one of my favorites is Read Cash. Now, the subject of social networks and Blockchain is very broad, there are many platforms where you can get rewards for creating quality content. If you are wondering what they are. Soon I will tell you about the platforms where I have made life, which are the platforms where I create content on a regular basis. **Thanks for your time** *Translated with www.

Blockchain system can transform retailing [ENG-ESP] As I told you recently, I have started my journey as a bitcoin cash agent, and I am adopting people and businesses to use and accept BCH as a payment method. For that reason I have started to reflect and investigate how blockchain technology can have profound benefits in the retail market, which would be the area I am focusing on. There are many benefits that blockchain technology can provide to businesses, the first of the benefits at the commercial level is the ability to transact very quickly, at least, with the Bitcoin.com Wallet transactions with the BCH are basically instantaneous. Here in my country, Venezuela, there has been, for years, a devaluation that has caused economic uncertainty and I can say with propriety that cryptocurrencies give more financial security. Therefore, being able to pay for services or products with cryptocurrencies on a daily basis would be fabulous. Another benefit of blockchain is transparency. Being open source systems, every movement and every transaction is easily observable in the blockchain. Being person-to-person transactions, and not going through any third party, it gives us much more security when making a transaction. With no more information than just the wallet address, the transaction can be made, we take away the stress of having to give a stranger my personal data to make the transaction. Since everything is virtual, transactions can be made internationally without any inconvenience. For example, if you have a relative on the other side of the world and you want to send money as remittances, or you want to give them a special gift, you can pay in a very easy way without a lot of paperwork. Being a person-to-person payment, and being an open source blockchain, makes this technology almost immune to fraud. Another benefit that blockchain technology provides us, and especially Bitcoin Cash, is the commitment of the community. Every day a lot of work is done to improve, expand and grow as a community, or at least that is what I perceive here in Latin America. Given the imminent growth of e-commerce, we are promoting the adoption of these new payment methods, trying to minimize all possible obstacles. And thus promoting a whole new horizon of possibilities in commerce. *Translated with www.

Turn my smartphone into a PC [ENG-ESP] Today I want to tell you what I have in mind, a small project that has arisen after a need has arisen recently. I am dedicated to the creation of content, not only for this platform, but also for another couple, that is to say that I spend much of my day sitting in front of the PC, writing, reading, researching, watching videos and clearly, also consuming the content of others. But the time has come to change equipment, since the laptop that accompanies me already has with me about 10 years, so you can imagine how slow it can be, and how limited I am with a machine with an operating system already past, in fact I changed the operating system recently, I had Windows vista, now has Windows seven, this helped to improve performance a little. But, however, right now it is getting too hot, it is very very slow and it is time to change equipment. Now, I have been looking at the prices of laptops here in the area where I live and right now I do not have the money to buy a good computer, as they are in a price range ranging from 300 USD to 1000 USD depending on the quality of the equipment. But, I noticed that some Chromebook laptops manufactured by Google were coming to the market, low cost compared to other laptops on the market. However, the specs are no better than a smartphone. At a price of around 100 USD, they seem super affordable, but it turns out that with some tools and accessories we can turn our smartphone into a pc, with better features than these Chromebook. You would only need an OTG cable, which has the ability to connect multiple devices via USB input. In order to be able to project the image of the phone on a monitor with HDMI connection or otherwise to have a screen amplifier, so that way we can make the screen of our smartphone bigger. Also have a wireless keyboard and mouse connected with Bluetooth to the smartphone and have a PC. Clearly, much cheaper than buying a new laptop, and I could still create content more easily, because what I find comfortable is typing on a PC keyboard, than typing on the small phone keyboard. Wish me luck in this project, as soon as I succeed, I will be sharing it with you. Translated with *www.

Projecting dreams with BCH [ENG-ESP] I like to think that the pandemic in 2020 had an interesting effect on society, I think it made us realize how fragile we are as human beings, that from one moment to the next we may not be. That existential reflection made me think about what things are really important to me and strive to achieve my goals and in the case of not happening, to be able to have the certainty that I did my best to make it happen, although there are things we can not control, to focus on the things that are under our control. One of the things that move me most in life is my family, I care that my parents, my brother, my wife are well, that they do not lack anything, and although I feel that sometimes or rather most of the time I do not get it, it is what matters most to me. Now, on the other hand, since the pandemic happened and made us all think about how fragile we are and even more when the virus took a couple of family members. Note that I want to travel a lot, to know other places both in the country and the world, but not in the usual way, that of flying around and spending a week in a place and coming back home. I find it incredibly attractive to be able to travel with the house on my back, that is to say, to do it in a motorhome. Now, in my country there is not much motorhome culture, so buying one is kind of complicated, in fact, in my almost 30 years of age, I have only seen a couple of motorhomes. But, I have discovered that there is a possibility to build a very practical, functional and relatively inexpensive motorhome. It involves converting a Wolskvagen van, popularly known as a "Combi or Kombi" into a small motorhome. Now, I want to travel around the world in a combi, and the best thing is that I solve two problems in one, transportation and housing. At a time when the economy of my country makes it extremely complicated to be able to buy a house. Now, as I intend to plan and build my dreams with BCH, well, it is a matter of planning, on the one hand, the cost of the project and, on the other hand, work to achieve it. I have studied how much money it would take me to achieve this goal and I estimate around 5,000 USD, to explain it in more detail. With 2,000 USD I could buy a Combi in good condition, with approximately 1,500 USD I would invest in everything related to mechanics and any imperfections it may bring, since we are talking about a car with many years of life, and the other 150 USD I would use to convert the interior of the van into a motorhome. Something like you see in this image: Something like this I wish to build in the next few years, now, reaching this goal may be possible with the help of cryptocurrencies. Taking advantage of the fact that they are now in a bear market, there is the possibility of acquiring at a good price, hoping that they will go up as time goes by. The historical high of BCH is above 1,500 USD, and today it is around 120 USD, that is, if buying and saving as many BCH as possible today, and that sometime in the near future, BCH will return to its highs, we are talking about an increase of 10 times its current value. For that reason, I know that cryptos like BCH possess the potential to generate profound and incredible opportunities. I don't know how long it will take for it to take flight into a bull market, but I am confident it will happen, and I am confident in the BitcoinCash community, in the project that is consolidating. And for which, many of us are actively working, even if it is doing small things, everything adds up. ***Do you have any dream you want to fulfill with BCH? My first time out on the street as a Bitcoin Agent [ENG-ESP] Recently, I told you that I have started my journey with the great group of Bitcoin Cash Latam. So today, together with a colleague who has more time with this team and who does the adoption work in the city where I live, I went out to adopt stores in the city center. So I must say that I have officially started my outreach and education activities about Bitcoin Cash and about the Bitcoin wallet, and in this opportunity I want to express my first impressions about this work. I feel that many people need to be educated for there to be a real mass adoption, which is what we want, because despite the fact that Venezuela is the South American country where more Bitcoin transactions are made per day, there are many people who think that cryptocurrencies are Ponzi scams or pyramid schemes. Therefore, I think it is essential to start by approaching the person or the establishment from education and let them know that this BCH Latam project proposes to viralize BCH as a payment method on a social level. Although I can be a little shy, I was not afraid to talk to people in commercial establishments, in the first establishments where my partner and I went, she started and I feel that she has very good performance when communicating the message. I think she has done a great job in the city by adopting hundreds of establishments, I hope that in the coming months many more will join now that we are two people addressing commercial establishments. We talked about several things and one of them is to start promoting talks and to be able to educate people, show them that cryptocurrencies are not a scam or Ponzi schemes or something pyramidal, but they are real money, in short they are virtual money that proposes a new way of living and thinking the economy thanks to blockchain technology and web3. Soon I will continue commenting on my experiences and experiences. I hope you are feeling well. *Translated with www.

Working for the adoption of BCH in my city [ENG-ESP] I am happy to share with you today that I am officially a Bitcoin Agent, I have joined the BCHLatam team, a group of people who work educating people to be part of the BCH community, we know that the bitcoin.com wallet is very easy to use and allows you to make transactions quickly, securely, from person to person and has a very low cost per transaction. Now, the idea is to propose an alternative method for regular transactions, but it is not only about educating people, but also about inviting commercial establishments to adopt BCH payments. It is about teaching people how to take control of their finances, since wallets like Bitcoin.com allow us to securely safeguard our assets. So we are already taking the first steps as a facilitator and educator about BCH. I am not the first person here in my city, there are a couple of people doing that work for some time and have managed to capture more than 100 commercial establishments, now I join these people who have certainly done an incredible job. I live in Barquisimeto, the capital of Lara State in the central western region of Venezuela, now, there is a fact that I find extremely interesting and in fact I just found out that Venezuela is the Latin American country with the highest volume of Bitcoin transactions. Here is the data from the Observatorio Económico Latinoaméricano (Latin American Economic Observatory) for April 2022. I started two years ago in the Blockchain world, and I know firsthand how cryptocurrencies can promote a number of new opportunities and it is not about falling into the illusion that cryptos will enrich us, but it allows us another totally innovative field. I give my example, I like to write, create content and thanks to platforms like this or Noise, I can express myself and get incentives in BCH. Anyway, wish me luck in this new educational path, I hope to give my best to be able to adopt people and commercial establishments in the use of BCH. **Yesterday I got the POP material.** ***✓Cards.*** ***✓Advertising stickers*** ***✓A Flannel*** ***✓A cap*** I must confess that this has me excited and I also know it will be quite a challenge. But let's go with all the encouragement, plus I can organize conversational and in the power to not only educate people on the use of bitcoin Wallet, but we can also tell people about these platforms (read.cash and noise.cssh) linked to BCH. *Translated with www.

Is a Wallet and an Exchange the same thing? [ENG-ESP] If you are starting your way through the crypto world, this may interest you, perhaps what I will say below for people who have a little more cryptographic journey may be something they already understand, but with this article I want to address to people who are just starting or who want to start the path of the new digital economy. It is true that when we were in high school, it was a problem if we were late to the subject that just caused us a headache, there were concepts already explained or ideas already said, we felt lost, we did not understand anything. This is how it can happen with the cryptographic world, people have been developing a career for years and maybe you, who read me, are not fully aware of it and concepts are slipping through your fingers. In this opportunity I want to clarify these two concepts, or cryptographic tools of vital importance if we want to develop a cryptographic career. Regardless of the reason why you access cryptocurrencies, you must know what they are. Let's start with the concept of a wallet, which is actually not very different from what we already know as a wallet. Unlike a traditional wallet, a wallet in the crypto world is a tool that allows me to have stored digital assets, there are two types, cold wallets, are devices (hardware) that store your assets outside the network, making them more secure and reliable. And there are hot wallets that store your cryptos online, making them more prone to attacks. But they are generally very secure, the only thing that could be vulnerable is how the user handles their seed phrase, or security phrase, which is what allows you to access your assets. Now, there is not much we can say about wallets, unlike the second concept, what is an Exchange? Briefly we can say that it is a platform for exchanges, that is, to be able to exchange one crypto for another, or even transform your cryptos into fiat currency or vice versa. Although in exchanges you can store your assets, it is not really a wallet. Nowadays, many exchanges are centralized platforms and that makes your assets and information not 100% secure. I do not recommend at all to store assets in exchanges, what I can say, is that through these exchange platforms they only handle the money you want to transact with. There are wallets and exchanges more secure than others, but that is a matter for another time, I just wanted to make clear the differences. Soon I will be giving my opinion about some exchanges and wallets. See you next time... *Translated with www.

Massive adoption of cryptos [ENG-ESP] It is no secret that since the emergence of Bitcoin digital assets have gained untold ground, having an economic growth like few markets in such a short time, I believe that the exponential growth they have had has been forged for the reason of proposing a whole new way to relate economically, they are also the argument that supports what we now know as web3. Like any innovation it has its defenders and its detractors, and although every day we come across news of proposed regulatory or prohibitive laws by governments and banking institutions, they are not what is really expressed in the collective spirit. I think the most entrenched aspects of society as we know it today are being shaken by the new crypto proposals. Figures such as the "trusted third party" or banking institutions, would lose total prominence in a world where the economy is led by economic decentralization. However, I think that out of the universe of people with access to the Internet, not all of them know about cryptocurrencies. There is a certain social stigma and there are still people who think that cryptos are a scam, now, it is not that there cannot be cases of fraud in the crypto world but in any emerging economy there will be people or group of people who will want to take advantage in the most dishonest and vile way. But that's a matter for another conversation. The point is, I feel we need more knowledge, more education about the crypto market and I am not talking about financial education at the level of trading or making large investments, I am talking about understanding the basics of this new technology. To achieve that, we should first educate on the most basic aspect, understanding how money works, as there is no difference in essence and conceptually what is money and what is a cryptocurrency. What changes, and here is the giant step of cryptos is that, with blockchain technology we give back what the global economic system took away from people, the power to control their money. The system as we know it, others manage the resources, others safeguard our money, others do things that by delegating that power to them they have too much power over us citizens. Let me explain, let's suppose I have a savings account in fiat money with an APY (annual interest rate) of 3%, in a country where the economy suffers an annual devaluation of 5%. In other words, instead of gaining value, or at least preserving it, having fiat money in a savings account is losing money, it is losing capital. I am not saying that with cryptos you will always make money, there is always a risk. What we gain with cryptos is control and power of decision over our finances, because instead of depositing money in the bank, I can buy some crypto and participate in a DeFi, or simply Holdear some asset, for a few years and be able to generate some profitability. To show a button, although BTC has suffered an abysmal correction in the last who bought in 2020, when it had a value of less than 10,000USD is still having good dividends, I do not try to give any financial advice, but what I try is to expose that it is inevitable the turn of the economy towards digital and that whether we want or not, society is raising new horizons, new paradigms. And it is necessary to educate people, to remove possible fears and uncertainties that still exist around cryptocurrencies. Only with education and diffusion of those of us who are in this world, we can help others. I feel that cryptocurrencies can empower many people who perhaps in the traditional economic system were not very well, and not for lack of talent or skills but in the outdated system we know there is no room for everyone, instead in the world of cryptos, which certainly is not perfect, but aims to provide many more possibilities for human development Thank you for reading *Translated with www. BLOCKCHAINTOPIA (Blockchain utopia) [ENG-ESP] Every epoch drags with it the burdens of past times, and therefore tries with a certain eagerness to change paradigms and ways of being. Each era proposes to increase the freedom that society and culture confer to human beings. They are not flat roads, they are rough paths, full of mud and sludge, sometimes there are not even outlines of a path, it is all swamp and we must keep moving forward. If we stop to think a little about all that we drag from the past, we can write down a huge list, but the question is, *where to start?* I think it is important to know how to plan the beginning, since it will be the most difficult moment and the one that will demand the most attention and strength. And although there is some struggle on several social flanks, Blockchain technology points with frightening and hopeful accuracy to the origin of many problems and no, it is not only to the traditional economic system as we know it. I'm talking about politics. Politics hasn't changed much in the last 1000 years, maybe it has in form, but not in essence. Democracy and tyranny although distant in definition sometimes in the real world are closely related and feed back on each other. The existence of the suffrage mechanism to express a certain popular will is not synonymous with freedom. True freedom is not to choose among the dishes on a menu, true freedom is to choose what will be written on the menu. **What does Blockchain propose in the political arena?** This technology, boasts two indispensable attributes that compose it one is transparency and the other is decentralization. At an economic level they are incredibly revolutionary concepts, at a political level it turns everything upside down. Tell a politician that from tomorrow all transactions will be reflected in real time in an accounting book of free access and domain, anyone can see every financial movement however small it may be, and add to that that any movement of funds must first be approved by the people, and that it will be the same people who will propose social projects of any scope. It would be interesting to see his face when he sees that it will be like this, well, if he is an honest politician (which there are, but very few) he will feel that from now on politics will change, if he was not an honest politician we will see in his house a lot of anguish. Since undoubtedly, and for nobody it is a secret that in politics there is a lot of corruption, at least in Latin America where I live it is the daily bread. Now, to think of a blockchain utopia is not so far-fetched, only that to reach that point as a human society in global environments we understand that we are like a big family and that borders are nothing more than inventions that have divided at an incalculable price, since geography has been nothing more than a reason for disputes. I am a dreamer, and I would like to think of a world where there are no more wars, where there are possibilities of well-being for all, where there are the necessary conditions to develop as human beings, and where life is not an expense. Although thinking a blockchain society as we think today in the blockchain has its risks, many in fact. But it is possible that as everything is taking shape and changing as the years go by, and the blockchain today is a prototype of the blockchain of the future.

Bitcoin Cash came to fulfill the promise of BTC [ENG-ESP] If you have not yet read the document where Satoshi Nakamoto exposes to us for the first time the blockchain technology and Bitcoin, you should not wait another minute. If you wish to do so at the end of this article just “click here”. I consider it a document that everyone, absolutely everyone should read. Since it is the document that explains everything we need to know about the cornerstone of cryptocurrency and the entire crypto-market, it is nothing more and nothing less than **Bitcoin (BTC)**. https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf Being the first cryptocurrency and being the first protocol it had no reference to build the Bitcoin project, so whoever *Satoshi Nakamoto* is he built Bitcoin the best he could with what he could imagine. Then from **BTC** onwards there have been hundreds of cryptocurrencies that have proposed various projects and little by little, over the years the crypto market has been consolidated in the way we know it. However, I believe that among the jungle of crypto-assets only one has fulfilled the original promise made by Bitcoin. What was that promise? User-to-user e-money! It is true that in the beginning bitcoin was fulfilling its promise, but years later the transactions became more expensive and gradually became what it is today, a digital asset to preserve value over time, and thus was abandoning its accessibility and ease for all people, with this I am not condemning Bitcoin, as being an open source and decentralized project users (bitcoiners) were guiding the project to what it is today. But when that first promise was lost, after a hard fork in mid-2017 Bitcoin Cash was born, becoming a kind of project twinned to bitcoin, but with independence, and returning the look to the promise of being an electronic money of easy access, speed of transaction and low costs in transaction fees. This Bitcoin Cash project has the same decentralization as bitcoin and its code is open. This makes transparency possible because anyone, anywhere in the world with internet access can look at each transaction. One of the things I love about the crypto world is that it gives us the possibility of being our own bank, thanks to wallets like the one offered by bitcoin.com, in my opinion the best one, which allows us to safeguard our money in a safe way and also to be able to transact in a fast, safe and easy way. If you don't know this wallet, don't worry. In the next few days I will write explaining why I consider this wallet as one of the best. I do not want to saturate the article with extensive technical explanations about the crypto world, but my intention is to introduce in a concise and precise way in the bitcoin cash world, knowing that it is nothing more than an alternative virtual money, easy to use and fast. Nor do I intend to advise financially, I know well that any cryptocurrency is at the mercy of market volatility, but unlike traditional markets, Bitcoin and Bitcoin Cash do not suffer from inflation due to the printing of more money as do central banks or as in the case of the market for precious minerals, and certainly when talking about materials we think of gold, and although we know it is scarce, you can always discover more of that mineral, in fact, recently in Uganda have found a place that is estimated to have about 30 million tons of gold. In other words, the supply has increased, and the price will surely go down. This will not happen with Bitcoin or Bitcoin Cash because its protocol will only allow the mining of 21 million tokens, in other words there will not be more than 21 million Bitcoin Cash, so that when the token number 21 million is issued the mining will end, but that does not mean that the project will end, far from it, what is estimated is that its value will increase, but this I say is not a fact, it is my speculation. If you got this far thank you for reading, I hope you found it useful and that it was a kind introduction to the Bitcoin Cash world. Proof of story or where Fiat money comes from When we talk about currency mining we think of two things, on the one hand we can think of the mines of precious materials such as gold, or on the other hand we think of the mining of cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, or Bitcoin Cash, but, I ask you when we talk about mining do you think of fiat money? In the societies we live in, the common people use money without even knowing how money is created, how it is mined, where it comes from. And that is what I want to talk to you about today. Some time ago, the central banks of the countries backed the money issued by the state with precious minerals, but it no longer works that way. The money is backed by itself, the national economy and the confidence placed in that asset. Now, since fiat money is no longer backed by gold, states have been printing more and more bills, creating debt and inflation. But all money has an undermining process. Although banks are just adding zeros to bank accounts to increase the "value" of their accounts. But they have a certain protocol that I imagine they apply to create more and more money out of nothing. This is the Proof of story protocol, which is nothing more than having the ability to argue and convince bank agents with proposals to apply for credit and loans. If we have a story that persuades and convinces to obtain a loan, what we are doing is mining money with our proposal, which is nothing more than telling a story. A story of a project, of a vision. And with this protocol we mine money, which will eventually generate more inflation. Here in Venezuela, where I was born and where I have been living for years, they have implemented a system of subsidies to millions of people, they call it "El sistema Patria" and it is nothing more than through a virtual system where citizens have registered and through this system, eventually every month, they deposit Bonds, which people then deposit in their bank accounts. And these last few years inflation in Venezuela has skyrocketed in an overwhelming way, but I will tell you about that another time. The truth is that, as citizens, we must know where the money comes from and that is what I wanted to promote with this reflection. But before closing this article, dear reader, I would like you to tell me if you have ever wondered where money comes from. Thank you for reading... @cesarandresdp

The Satoshi at 1$ As human beings we have the ability to be able to build utopias, to project what we wish for the world of the future, a future that every day becomes present, I think that usually when we talk about cryptocurrencies and blockchain as alternative ways to build the economy of the future we always do it thinking about currencies as a whole. When we think about cryptos we usually do not think about their cents, we think about their smallest units and both BTC and **BCH** have their smallest units called Satoshis in tribute to the creator of Bitcoin, Satoshi Nakamoto. Now, I ask you, do you know how many satoshis a Bitcoin has, yes, don't you, in case you don't know, don't worry because I will tell you right away but first, I want to make it very clear what a satoshi is, and for that let's do it through an analogy, personally I must say that I like analogies to try to understand things, well, a satoshi is to bitcoin what a penny is to a dollar. We all know that a dollar has 100 cents, that is nothing more than a dollar can be divided 100 times, and run into the minimum expression of the dollar, a cent (*0.01USD*), now, a bitcoin is divisible by **100,000,000 (one hundred million)** making the minimum expressible amount of **BTC** is **0.00d000001 Satoshi**, in other words a bitcoin contains **100,000,000** (one hundred million) satoshis, obviously the value of satoshi will depend on the value of bitcoin. At the time of writing this post the BTC has a value of **19,800 USD**, that is to say that the minimum dollar expression **0.01** is equivalent to **0.0000005 BTC**. Now that this matter is a little clearer, I want you to do with me, dear reader, an exercise of imagination. Imagine for a moment that in the future the value of Bitcoin is such that each satoshi is equivalent to one dollar, i.e. one bitcoin would be equivalent to **100,000,000USD**, it seems like a dream, but who says no? That is why I think that cryptocurrencies are an opportunity to create wealth, and also to be an innovative proposal to think about the economy. I think it is a utopian dream, but, it is all a possibility that dwells as just that, a possibility. I believe that for this to happen, financial education must be encouraged more and the conditions must be created for it to happen. But that it's not just a **BTC** thing, but that **BCH** can also consolidate into a value high enough for each satoshi to possess great purchasing power. And thinking about it this way what makes me think about the importance of Holdear, obviously this is not financial advice, it's just an exercise in imagination. **Thanks for reading...** @cesarandresdp

Bitcoin is not a currency Perhaps the first impression you may have had when reading the title of the post was one of confusion or strangeness. How can anyone in this day and age say that BTC is not money? What I really wanted with the title was to get your attention, and now that I have it I want to expose my ideas on why I affirm that BTC is not money. Let's not stay in denial, but, let's do an exercise of going further. It is true that Bitcoin is a cryptocurrency, that is undeniable and undeniable, in fact, my intention has not been to deny BTC as money, but to propose a look beyond the simple understanding of BTC as simple money, which I feel is a vital exercise for many people who do not fully understand BTC. To talk about BTC we must go back to its origin. In 2009 a white paper was published entitled: **"Bitcoin: A Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System."** Written by a certain *Satoshi Nakamoto*, if you have not read it I leave here the link to the document. The truth is that this innovative way of proposing transactions without the need of an intermediary turns out to be more than interesting. And although **BTC** is indeed money, at the same time it is an incredibly innovative technology and has two characteristics that came to revolutionize the way of thinking about the digital economy. ***Bitcoin is a Blockchain, decentralized and open source.*** Being both money, a new data collection technology and accounting sheet. https://bitcoin.org/bitcoin.pdf In other words, Bitcoin came to propose a new way of thinking about our finances, both in global and personal spheres. It is precisely in the personal sphere that I want to emphasize the most. In the traditional way of conceiving personal finances there is the figure of the Bank as an institution that fulfills several functions, one of them is to be the trusted third party, and on the other hand it is the place where we keep our money, but I ask you, do you really trust banking institutions? There have been incidents in many places in the world where banking institutions have taken advantage of the trust that people have placed in them and have swindled and cheated so many people that I don't know how there are people who still trust banks. I live in Venezuela because many things tie me to this land, and leaving the country to date has not been an option, but I must confess that the banking institutions of this nation have taken so much advantage of the citizens, also, the inflation of the country has made this economy so chaotic that many people no longer want to have the national currency, but only what is necessary for daily expenses. Now, returning to the point, Bitcoin tries to propose a system in which we do not need banks, or the figure of a trusted third party, and proposes the non-use of banks and through the Wallets gives the user the power to control their assets, to protect them. But, I feel that many people even in this day and age are not aware enough to be able to take control of their assets in a personal way without the need of a third party. That is what is really innovative about BTC, which is not just a currency but a whole system that empowers us in a freer and more conscious way. I personally consider myself a crypto-enthusiast because I am understanding more and more all the potential that cryptocurrencies offer us and that there is still a lot to do. I feel that at some point in our future all this will help us build a better world, or so I like to think. @cesarandresdp

It's time for the strong I came across a space on twitter administered by the esteemed @MarcDeMesel and although my English is not very good, in fact for me it is too deficient, I was encouraged to participate as a listener for a brief moment since due to various occupations I could not devote much time to listen to it. The truth is that in the first instance the title of the space caught my attention: ***"when the going gets tough, the strong get going"***. I really liked the phrase, I must admit, we are going through an interesting moment, distressing for many, not less than challenging the panorama that the crypto market presents us at the moment. It is no secret that the "Bear Market" has arrived, and it is not something that will stay a couple of months, but respecting the cycles of BTC, that every pullback in price responds to a cyclical movement, and in the history of the crypto market the past occasions that there have been deep corrections in price has had a development of approximately 50 weeks, and although I have not counted the weeks of this fall I do not think we will reach 50 weeks, that is to say that if it behaves cyclically there is still time left for this correction, so it is possible that the price of **BTC** will still fall a little more, although honestly I do not want it to. In short, it is a difficult time for movements, trading, and although this is not financial advice the best we can do is to loiter. The truth is that as the phrase that titled the conversation space on twitter says, in difficult times makes strong people take action. We should not remain stagnant, but we have to see how to act and see everything as a possible opportunity. One of the things that stayed with me from the brief moment I was a listener in the space, has been that, when we believe in a strong project like BCH, regardless of the price of the crypto asset we know that it is backed by great projects and an amazing community. But the phrase applies not only to people but to projects, in hard times strong projects get going. And I know that for BCH there are many people doing great and innovative things. *Thanks for visiting my blog* @cesarandresdp

BCH Price Forecast It is no secret to anyone that we are going through a Bear Market, that the prices of all crypto assets have dropped like never before, I am not an expert in financial systems, the stock market or cryptocurrencies, I consider myself an enthusiast of cryptos, who thinks that this new economic paradigm comes to revolutionize the world, propose new ways of thinking about the economy and propose an innovative way of wealth distribution. My intention in this post is to try to outline a scheme of possible prices of BCH according to its own history and the importance of the rest of the crypto market have debeled. I also don't intend to go too far as I don't want to create a false expectation. or err on the side of making a bad prediction, which I must admit I do entirely manually, without following some algorithmic process or deep market analysis, but rather my attempt to predict prices will be somewhat more intuitive. We are already ending the 6th month of the year, so I will try to give an average in which prices may oscillate according to my optics. I do not wish to be too optimistic or pessimistic, but to try to outline a moderately prudent price curve without being overly ambitious. I want to make it clear that this is not intended as financial advice but as a personal reflection on the price of BCH, and its behavior in the market. I want to dare to propose the next BCH prices on a monthly basis. **But first I want to say that the prices are an approximate:** **July:________ 102.50 USD** **August:_______ 92.00 USD** **September:___ 86.40 USD** **October:______ 95.20 USD** **November:____ 100.00 USD** **December:_____ 107.50 USD** I feel that this bear market will be with us for at least a couple of years, I think we should try to make good investments and moves for our finances betting on a prosperous future. And when the bull market arrives, we will be able to reap what we have sown. I even dare to affirm that for the year 2023 the prices will not rise too much, nor will they fall shockingly, I think that the whales will consolidate their wallets in this season. And that by the middle of 2024 the crypto market will have an interesting rise, perhaps it is not a dream to imagine that by that time the BCH will be worth more than 260 USD, which would represent a considerable increase when compared to the current price.

Paying whit BCH My Snack It turns out that yesterday, Saturday June 25 we had a work meeting, as the work is totally remote there is no office or room for the meeting so we always have to look for a cafe, restaurant, plaza or any place where we can meet and talk. On this occasion, we agreed and went to a cafe in the east of the city, now, the amazing thing was that I could pay with BCH my snack. A delicious coffee, a cheese bread and a cupcake. Also for a super affordable price. Snack that has been more than perfect because, the day since early hours had become gray, rainy and cold, so what better than a hot coffee to temper the body. I think I will go more often to this café because paying with Criptos is fabulous. Now, something I was talking with the owner of the local was the ease of using the Bitcoin.com wallet, it is much easier than paying with a usual point of sale. It's just a matter of scanning a QR code and voila, the person-to-person payment is done, and in seconds. I feel that Blockchain technology in the financial and economic field proposes many interesting things that can solve many current problems, I also believe that there should be more and more commercial establishments that can accept **BCH** as a payment method, I think there are a couple of programs in the city where I live that are responsible for educating people in the world of cryptocurrencies. Hopefully in the not too distant future we will be able to pay with **BCH** for everything we want.

No he investigado nada al respecto.

Without financial education, do not invest in cryptocurrencies There is no doubt that education is always an important factor in life, in any field, even more if we talk about investing our money. Many people have lost money because of not having a financial education and falling into scams or not knowing very well what they are doing with their money. Now, this article is not intended to be a financial advice, but it tries to stand as an enlightening reflection on the nitty-gritty of crypto investments. No one has said that cryptocurrencies in essence are commercial investment assets, in essence they have been built to propose a new monetary paradigm outside of banking entities. But, time has made cryptos a whole market, with its own stock exchange style dynamism. Making that any person or institution that intends to invest in cryptos needs some basic financial education. So I will mention below, according to my criteria, the minimum necessary to take into account in order to make an investment. The first thing to do is to investigate well the asset in which you want to invest, do not act by FOMO, investigate which projects endorse and support it. Study the graph that evidences the behavior it has had in the market since its beginnings. After this, we have to make sure we have an emergency fund, we cannot invest our capital without having a backup to rely on in case the worst happens (losing our money). Do not be willing to invest what you are willing to lose, and this seems to me a crucial aspect. Because even if we bet on winning, there is always a possibility of losing all our money, remember that the market is very fluctuating. Do not invest in any asset by mere fashion, as everyone does it I will do it, remember how dangerous FOMO is. Keep in mind that cryptos are speculative assets, so always keep in mind the law: "Buy low and sell high". And at this point, I intend to go back to the beginning of the article, because never, but never, dare to invest in something you don't understand. I know well that terminology such as Blockchain, DeFi, stake, proof of work, stablecoin, altcoins, are not the most friendly if you are a novice in this world, so my emphasis on the study, understand well every aspect of the asset in which you want to invest, and also know as much as possible the market in which you are going to enter, because not every market is the same. So, at the moment of investing, do it with responsibility and solid criteria. The truth is that Cryptos such as BCH offer us a whole new panorama of opportunities to grow, to generate wealth. We are undoubtedly facing a financial revolution. I feel that, wandering in the crypto world, is walking towards the future of finance. Thanks for reading, and remember this was a personal opinion, not financial advice.

What really bothers me about the Bear Market In recent weeks there has been a very peculiar movement of the crypto market, it has been going down. In that way has been brewing what is known as the Bear Market, normally this type of market can precede a period of crisis in the market, although it is no secret to anyone that for decades has grown the germ of a financial crisis because of the traditional ways of thinking about the economy, it is time to stop the debt as an engine of wealth generation. Undoubtedly cryptocurrencies have emerged as an alternative to the problems that are occurring and will precede the traditional market in the future, but not too far in the future. But, as nothing is perfect, we learn as we go along and in this pre-crisis, the crypto market has also suffered. But, we must remember that these events that seem catastrophic because there are large losses of money, are natural market movements. *Source:* *Binance.com mobile application* Based on the main maxim of Trading : "Buy low and sell high." the market should not always be up, or what is known as the #BullMarket, otherwise who would buy? that's why the market movement at certain times makes corrections in the price. If we look at the graphs, I at least brought a couple of screenshots from my Binance account on the graph of Bitcoin Cash (BCH), observing a current price around 120$ USD, when we know that in the history of BCH has reached a few tops over 1500$ USD, and remembering the second maxim of Trading: "The market returns to where it was", means that at some point, BCH may return to increase its value 10 times what the market stipulates today. Now, this is not a financial advice, it is my personal opinion about the current scenario. *Source:* *Binance.com mobile application* The truth is that what really bothers me is that the thought of BCH going back above $1000 USD makes it very attractive to buy as many BCH coins as possible right now, but I don't have a penny to do it right now and this is what bothers me the most. Not being able to buy BCH at the moment. For example, today you buy a BCH, you invested 120$USD, and in a matter of 12 months it is positioned above 1200$ USD, we are talking about a profit of more than a thousand dollars, only doing Hold. This makes me think about the incredible opportunities that cryptos offer us, it is amazing. But as I said, this is not a financial advice, it is my opinion about the current scenario. #BitcoinCash #Cryptocurrecy #crypto #bearmarket

Roberto Garcia @BCHouseVE, one of the disseminators with a track record of years in promoting crypto adoption in commercial establishments, especially BCH, with his project @BCHouseVE and that I recently had the opportunity to meet thanks to an event soon to be held in the establishment ***"Anticafe Pastisserie".*** It's great to be able to meet people with whom you can talk about the topics you like and are passionate about. I must confess that I am already looking forward to the next philosophical event and I believe that sitting down in the afternoon to have a good coffee and a delicious cinnamon roll and pay for it with BCH is not an expense, it is an investment because this establishment is a super nice place to be for a while, it makes me feel peace, and that is invaluable. *If you are from the city of Barquisimeto-Venezuela or ever come to this city, do not hesitate to stop by this place. Thank you for your time reading my publication.*

The value of dialogue There is something very interesting in ancient philosophy is how the dialogue was taking a relevance in the construction of human knowledge, although in the first moment the pre-Socratic philosophers thought in the material principle from the reason it is not until Socrates and the sophists that the dialogue begins to have a great relevance at social level. On the one hand we must emphasize that thanks to Socrates it could be said that he allowed himself to rebuke citizens, slaves or foreigners, something that must have seemed very curious to the Athenian, because the premise of Socrates was to recognize his ignorance, when confronting a politician, and questioning himself about politics, Socrates never gave a preliminary position, but what he did was to find the gaps in the argumentation and there he went, his task was to reveal the gaps and ignorance of people who affirmed things a priori. In other words, knowledge is built in dialogue, in confrontation of ideas and perspectives. Questioning the things that we take for granted, that we feel as certain, is a very valuable exercise. Because it would be an interesting exercise of introspection, to question what we think is already said is a vital task, there is always something to unveil, to say, to discover, that is why philosophy is an inexhaustible task. For that reason, it seems to me a vital requirement to be able to recover the dialogue, only thanks to the other, to our fellow man we can self-discover and self-knowledge, and to be able to know oneself is the greatest of wisdoms. And this can only be achieved through dialogue. It is necessary to resume the dialogues, those dialogues that have no productive purpose, but to converse for mere pleasure, for leisure, and much can be said about the word leisure, but we will leave that for another occasion. **Thank you for reading.**

Is the result what should really matter? In our daily lives, in our personal or professional projects, we often set a goal, or several goals. We set out to achieve a specific result, we plan to achieve the desired goal, but to what extent does the result to be obtained take precedence over everything else? It seems that what really matters is the goal, and everything revolves around it. So we can be persuaded by the illusion that the result is what should matter most. Over 2000 years ago Aristotle in his Ethics tells us that preparing to win the Olympics is about more than winning or not winning. For Aristotle, giving the best of ourselves, doing our best and giving everything for the whole is what should matter, because fulfillment is not in reaching the desired goal, it is not in the goal but in the path itself. The walk towards the goal is the fulfillment. Now, it is important to think about the "areté" (virtue), in the excellence when thinking about achieving a certain goal, and we must keep in mind that we will not get good results if we always try in the same way, it is important to try to understand everything we do when trying to achieve what we want. Because it is not a matter of repeating something just for the sake of it. Let's think again about the Olympics, imagine a specific sport, for example the shot put, it is true that you have to repeat the movement of the throw hundreds of times to perfect it and each time have a more optimal result, but what will make us grow as athletes in this discipline, is to understand every aspect of the technique, to know why I do what I do, because to understand each thing is to be aware of my actions and only then we will achieve excellence. Now I ask you, have you ever considered that excellence is in the process and not in the final result? Thank you for reading.  @cesarandresdp

How to get started in philosophy? Philosophy seems to be one of those disciplines that seems to take many years of reading and having taken a hundred classes at the university to understand those complex philosophical ideas. Far from it, philosophy is not always a tangled mess or complex discourses that seem incomprehensible to people who are not normally interested in philosophy. Today more than ever it seems imperative to be able to understand what philosophy and critical thinking are all about. Philosophy is not complex in itself, but it makes things complex. In every age, philosophy is one of the most accurate things in the task of understanding why things are the way they are. In fact, etymologically analyzing the word "philosophy" in its Greek origin, it comes to mean something like "love for wisdom" and although this is the most used definition, it will never lose validity. Philosophy is a perpetual curiosity about everything. Therefore, everything can be approached with philosophy, and if what you are looking for is to approach philosophy, not just any book is recommended. Because just as there are complex texts, there are others that serve as an introduction to the whole philosophical world. So if you want to approach philosophy I will help you by giving you the tips that in my opinion are the most relevant to start in philosophy. But before starting with the tips, you have to understand that philosophy is a discipline that deals with human thought and therefore has historically recorded human thought in a chronological order, so it is always better to start with what we can say are the first steps of philosophy. **These are the tips to start in philosophy** **First tip:** Start by approaching the pre-Socratics, the philosophers who founded the philosophical thought and who chronologically lived before Socrates, I am talking about Thales of Miletus, Anaximenes, Anaximander, Parmenides, Pythagoras, Heraclitus, Democritus, among others. **Second tip**: You can read the book "Sophie's World" written by Jostein Gaarder. **Third tip:** Look for audiovisual content through RRSS such as YouTube, there is a lot of material that helps those who start with philosophy. **Fourth tip**: Do not start reading philosophy from contemporary authors, as these handle a language that can confuse rather than enlighten. **Fifth tip:** Look for philosophy textbooks, as these are presented as an introduction to philosophical thought. With these five tips you can enter the world of philosophy without difficulty, later I will share more material related to philosophy. Thank you for your time reading this post. I hope you find it very useful. If you have any doubt let me know, I will help you as long as I am at my disposal. @cesarandresdp

My philosophical outreach project: "Stoic Action". **Hello Read.cash friends, I hope you are doing well and having a great day. I've been busy with some personal and work issues, so I've been short of time to share something that might interest you.** But I'm back, and I want to talk to you this time about my philosophical outreach project that I called "Stoic Action". I am a student of Philosophy, I have not been able to finish my university career for a couple of reasons, one of them is that I do not have the monetary resources to continue my studies, since I study in a private university, and the second reason is that the office of the university that was located in my city was closed just before the pandemic due to economic and social problems in my country. So finishing my studies with only a couple of semesters to go has been a bit of an uphill struggle, but that is a topic for another time. *The logo of the project in black background that I made in the design platform Canva.* The truth is that facing this reality that I have just mentioned, plus another factor that joins it is that I have just turned 28 years old, my third decade is approaching and an economic and social stability is imminent, that I have raised the possibility of starting a personal project with a view to support not only my needs and tastes, but also as far as possible create a source of personal wealth generation in which I can also benefit others, that if, from what I like and I know how to do that is philosophy. It sounds easy, but I think I'm in a big mess, since philosophy alone does not seem to have a practical or useful purpose in this contemporary society inherited from the criteria of the industrial society, but every day it becomes more and more imperative to turn our gaze towards the humanities and I know that philosophy is a very valuable tool that can help many people in many aspects of life. Now, philosophy is a millenary compendium of knowledge that is at our disposal to rethink our present in terms of our future, whether in a personal or social sense, but, in contemporary times, inherited from the values and virtues of industrialization that has led to the modern parameters of neo-capitalism, which in itself is not harmful, but when it does not allow a self-critical attitude and closes to rethink itself as a system, has caused in people certain values of judgment that if not reviewed and rethought, many can be terribly harmful to mental and emotional health. I believe that there has not been a time in history where there is so much talk about happiness and it is so unattainable under modern standards, we are in the paradox of well-being, or so I like to call this phenomenon that basically could be summarized as: "The pursuit of happiness breeds unhappiness". *The project logo in white background that I made in the design platform Canva.com.* My project "Stoic Action" is nothing more than a proposal of philosophical diffusion that seeks to make people aware, to awaken them from social naivety, that not everything is rosy, and to erase the great, or rather, the enormous sense of guilt that dwells in society today. My main objective is to propose a healthy positivity and not like the unhealthy positivity badly called by many positivism. That the only thing it does is to increase the feeling of guilt. To give an example, many companies prefer to pay motivational talks to their employees, than to raise their salaries. Talks that basically what they say is, give the best of you, smile and if you are bad it's your fault, and not because you can't make ends meet. So my project of philosophical dissemination aims to be a breath of fresh air, a breath of oxygen, today more than ever in philosophy, critical thinking is indispensable to live in this world. **How do I plan to do it?** Actually, the first thing is to make a presence in centralized and decentralized social networks, for now, I only have accounts on Instagram and Twitter although I have only posted some things on IG, even in other networks I have not ventured. As a second step, having the attention of some people in social networks, start an informative podcast and that people begin to familiarize themselves with the ideas that will be proposed. **The third step is to propose workshops, online classes on elements of philosophy.** The fourth is to publicize a method of philosophical accompaniment, without pretending to be a therapy or something like that, what is sought is personal advice, perhaps group and discuss not only the problems but also possible solutions. Why the name "Stoic Action"? Many names went through my mind at the time of thinking the project, I thought of philosophypop but it did not convince me at all, also, I thought of others but, actually, none seemed to me as appropriate as "Stoic Action", because it refers to Stoicism. What is Stoicism? It is a philosophical discipline that pursues the imperturbability of the soul, it is a contemporary language, it promotes the search for a state of tranquility, of no stress. It does not speak of happiness because it is somewhat delicate. Stoicism proposes the control of emotions from certain habits and daily exercises, with which we learn to focus on things we can control and not be affected by things that are beyond our control. This could be a somewhat minimalist summary, but it tries to capture the essence of Stoicism, as a philosophy of life that originated more than 2000 years ago in ancient Greece. But later I will tell you more about what this philosophy of life itself consists of. For now, I wanted to tell you about my project, my company around the philosophy. A project that has stages, in the short, medium, and long term. **-In the short term: to make myself known through social networks, to begin to make a presence and get noticed.** **-In the medium term: To accumulate a critical mass of people who can not only nurture the project, but who can also be spokespersons for it, and make this project known to others.** **-Long term: That the project is sustainable, that it can not only generate income to live peacefully with the different areas that will compose it, but also and even more important that it can help many people, and that the philosophy can change the ways of thinking in this society.** For now I am focusing on outlining more and more the essential aspects of the project, such as what social network can be more visible, what kind of podcast to propose, and what classes or workshops I could give, and of course, think about the how to make money on this project. Because it would be making money doing what I like, philosophy and helping others. So if you have any suggestions or criticisms do not hesitate to leave them in the comments, always with respect, your words will be well received. Thanks for reading and visiting my blog. *See you next time! ;)*
