Although he was remembered for his characteristic mustache, Adolf Hitler did not always look like that. At the time when he participated in the First World War as a volunteer, he was just something more than an unusual, but in principle inconspicuous young man who did not stand out in any way ..

Being an Austrian citizen, Adolf Hitler, as soon as the general mobilization was announced in 1914, joined the army as a volunteer.

After basic infantry training, Hitler's regiment was sent to the Western Front on 21 October. On November 3, 1914, he was promoted to the rank of corporal and after that he performed the duty of regiment courier and often, under fierce enemy fire, moved on the front-rear route.

This photograph was taken sometime in that period. On it Hitler (sitting all the way to the right) poses with comrades from the war and his dog, the terrier Fuchsl. It was first published in 1939, when Hitler was already largely in power.

After the First World War, Hitler remained in the army and returned to Munich where he remained until 1920. In those days, his entry into politics began.

Sometime around that time, Hitler also met Dietrich Eckart, one of the first founders of the party and a member of the occult society of Tula. Eckart became Hitler's mentor and often exchanged ideas with him, teaching him how to dress and speak and introducing him to a large number of people from his environment. This was precisely the time of Hitler's transformation.

The goal of the Tula organization was to break the a barrier consisting of physical reality and moral shackles, in order to come into contact with the "divine self.

They believed that this would awaken an inner power that would develop the superhuman abilities that are characteristic of the Aryan race. Symbolic killings by beheading the victim can be assumed as a "ticket" to joining this secret society.

In 1918, the society devised a "bloody declaration of allegiance" which each member had to sign. In this way, the one who joins the organization swears "by his knowledge and conviction that no Jewish or colored blood flows in either his or his wife's veins, and that there are no members of the colored race among their ancestors.

A persistent and unusual, but in principle inconspicuous and shy young man, he became a fanatical speaker who fell into a trance, talking about returning honor to Germany and punishing all "enemies".

Adolf Hitler, the man who ruined the lives of millions of people, was born.

One of the secret societies of recent history that is perhaps the least researched is certainly the Germanenorden society whose members were of the Aryan race. It is a society whose attitudes, thoughts and actions are embedded in the very foundations of the Nazi regime, and Adolf Hitler himself was close to them, although there is no concrete evidence that he was a member. The group was founded in 1812 to fight Masonic groups that sided with the Jews. Since 1916, the symbol of this association has been the swastika, and they were known to be exceptionally anti-Semitic. They dressed like knights, kings, in black cloaks. And in 1918 they changed their name to Thule or Thule Gesellschaft. The leadership of the association was then taken over by the German occultist Baron Rudolf von Sebottendorff.

Their underground activities in 1919 led to the defeat of communism, and their actions also had a major impact on the German Workers' Party, whose leadership was taken over in 1920 by Adolf Hitler.
