If you want to 'really' attract your dreams, goals and aspirations into your life, the first thing you need to do is to let go of the limiting beliefs that are holding you back. Limiting beliefs are the thoughts that swirl around in your head telling you that you cannot achieve your goals. When you fail at something, these thoughts can give rise to negative beliefs that you are not good enough, determined enough, or capable and willing enough to achieve your goals and prevent you from manifesting your dreams. The last and most important step in manifesting your wishes is to take action. You can write all your dreams in a diary, but you cannot attract them without concerted action. For all the wishes that you visualize, that you design down to the details, that you repeat every day, you must also take physical steps. If you are looking for a job that will make you happier, apply for jobs; if you want to move, look at houses, research cities; if you want to have a healthier body, eat a balanced diet, do sports. In short, once you have formed your wishes in your thoughts, put them into action and keep going without giving up.
