Peeing is something we do every day. Have you paid attention to the color of urine? Urine contains a lot of waste produced by human metabolism, and the health of the human body can be observed by observing the color of urine. So, do you know what the normal urine color is? How to judge the health of the body from the color of urine? Let's take a look below.

The kidney is the filter of the human body and it is not working all the time. When blood flows through the kidneys, some of the body's metabolic waste, excess salt, and water will form urine, which is then excreted. By observing the color, smell and traits of urine, you can see the physical condition.

What color is normal urine?

There are many colors of urine. Generally speaking, healthy urine is light yellow, but from the actual situation, from light yellow to amber are normal. Sometimes, if the body takes too much water, the color of urine will be lighter. If the body takes too little water, the color of urine will be darker.

There is no need to worry about this situation, the situation will be relieved after adjusting the amount of drinking water. The abnormal color of urine is probably a signal from some diseases.

How to judge whether the body is healthy from the urine color

1. Hematuria

Hematuria refers to the red color of the urine, which is a common abnormal urine condition. Most of the hematuria visible to the naked eye is caused by infection of the urinary tract and urethral stones, which needs attention.

If you have hematuria, you must go to the hospital for a check in time, and you must not ignore it to avoid worsening the condition. However, not all urine shows a red color is a problem with the body. Sometimes when you eat some foods such as beets and blueberries , similar phenomena will occur. You need to pay attention to distinguish.

2. Black urine

When urine is black or soy sauce-colored, there may be myoglobinuria or hemoglobinuria. The former may cause acute renal failure, the latter may cause anemia, which is extremely harmful to human health. If there is a phenomenon of urine blackening, it needs to be highly regarded.

3. Milky urine

Milky white urine refers to urine that appears milky white, and sometimes looks like milk, because urine contains a lot of fat particles. Diseases such as filariasis, tumors. These diseases are not harmful to humans. When such phenomena occur, they must not be taken lightly.

In general, the color of urine can reflect the degree of human health to a certain extent. Everyone needs to carefully observe their urine in daily life.

When hematuria, black urine, or milky urine occurs, it is likely that the body has developed a disease, and it is necessary to go to the hospital for a detailed examination and treatment in time.

Urine can be purple. In patients with indwelling Foley catheters, it's called purple bag syndrome. Freaked me out the first time I ever saw it. I think there is also a urinary analgesic that turns urine purple, or maybe it's blue, I can't remember.

As I know, the normal color is yellow (just like straw), the draker it is, the more water you have to drink. Of course this is for normal people.
