With the continuous improvement of people's economic living standards, when the material conditions are met, people begin to pursue spiritual pleasure. At the same time, many people gradually experience depression symptoms under the influence of multiple stresses, such as work and life. Depression is a mental illness and will show corresponding symptoms in different environments. Depression mainly includes the following:

1. Low mood: Many depression patients will have a persistent low mood, which is mainly manifested by the lack of happiness, the pessimistic disappointment spreads, and the work will not lift the spirit, and will be accompanied by inferiority, disappointment, and interest loss And other negative characteristics.

2. Loss of appetite: mood will affect appetite, especially for patients with depression. Most people with depression have a poor appetite. Many people will lose weight. A few people will show weight gain. They often have unexplained indigestion, headaches, and diarrhea.

3. Poor sleep quality: Patients with depression have poor sleep quality, they are prone to insomnia, lack of sleep, and easy to fatigue, which leads to the phenomenon of insomnia, multiple dreams, and apathy in continuous repetition;

4. Slow thinking: unresponsiveness is one of the symptoms that many depression patients will appear, because the unhappy mood will directly lead to restless thinking, slow thinking and logical confusion are typical symptoms of depression.

5. Social disorders: When the patient's condition is aggravated, there will be situations where people stay behind closed doors and avoid socializing. In more severe cases, there may be a decline in living ability or cognitive impairment.

If these phenomena occur and no effective remission is achieved within two weeks, it may be that you have depression and need some treatment. Depression is a mental illness. The causes of depression are more complicated. Each patient's environment is different.

The families of many patients don't know much about depression, and their treatment options are also different. Depression is a mental illness that cannot be treated with drugs alone. In the process of treatment, it is also necessary to seek auxiliary decompression treatments based on the individual differences of patients, such as listening to light music, reading, walking, traveling, etc.

In short, the treatment of depression is a long-term and continuous process. Not only the patients themselves, but also the doctors and their families need to pay more attention to their mental state. Only by cooperating and encouraging each other can the hope of depression patients be rebuilt.

That's true. Even though I did not let the depression dominate & had counselling and meditation sessions, but while I was suffering, I simply avoid any public presence around me & Avoid everyone included my Family members. But meditation has helped in a great deal as far as healing is concerned & For me You just need someone to guide you through whether it is a psychologist or any mentor in particular field to help you get out of that hole, otherwise One can committ suicide at any time
