The factors that cause cancer are very complex. Anyone has a 20% chance of getting cancer in this lifetime . Because the cells in the human body divide and metabolize all the time, as long as there is a DNA replication error , cancer cells will be produced. However, because everyone has different immunity, genes, physique, living environment, habits, etc., the chances of cancer appearing are also different!

There are many high-incidence cancers in recent years, and liver cancer is one of them . Since the liver's own compensation is relatively strong and there is no pain sensory nerve distributed here, it is difficult to detect liver cancer early. About 80% of patients with liver cancer have already reached the advanced stage when their condition is diagnosed, and even lost the opportunity for surgery!

The following three groups of people are high-risk patients of liver cancer:

1. Chronic liver disease :

According to clinical investigations, nearly 80% of all liver cancer patients develop from chronic liver disease , and the most common one is chronic hepatitis B. When the hepatitis B virus is not well controlled, it will continue to damage the liver cells of patients, causing liver fibrosis, cirrhosis and other problems. Moreover, chronic hepatitis B will weaken the patient's immune ability. Under the repeated damage of cells and the influence of viruses, the possibility of later cell DNA mutation will be greater.

2. Long-term alcoholism:

There is a close relationship between alcoholism and liver cancer. Alcohol has been clinically diagnosed as a carcinogen. Long-term alcoholism will not only increase the burden of liver metabolism, but also induce alcoholic liver, hepatitis, cirrhosis and other problems. At the same time, acetaldehyde, a metabolite of alcohol, can also cause damage to liver cells and induce mutations in liver DNA . The more long-term and heavy alcoholics, the more serious the liver damage and the higher the cancer rate;

3. Family history :

Liver cancer also shows a tendency of family clustering in clinic , except for hepatitis B and genetic genes . The common living environment and diet are also behind the scenes.

If the above three types of people suddenly have "right shoulder pain", it may be related to liver cancer!

The location of the pain after the cancer of the internal organs is not accurate , and the place where the pain occurs is not necessarily the area where the lesion occurs . This is related to the characteristics of cancer infiltration and invasion . The liver itself is on the right side of the human abdomen. After canceration occurs, cancer cells may invade surrounding organs and tissues , such as the peritoneum, pleura, and diaphragm , along with lymph and blood .

In addition to shoulder pain, patients may also have multiple symptoms such as dull pain in the right upper abdomen, indigestion, weight loss, and jaundice. Therefore, for people at high risk of liver cancer, the liver should also be checked regularly to fully understand the health of the liver so that potential problems can be detected early.

There are those suffering from chronic hepatitis B that don't manifest any symptoms, physically they are well, no trace of illness and move around as healthy and normal people. The illness was discovered when a physical examination was conducted but there no manifestation that such illness exist. I have known two persons and they are still strong, maybe because they strengthen their immune system by eating good food, avoid vices and alcohol, exercise and a good night sleep.
