The most important benefit of becoming a musician is that you are bringing joy to others; people listen to music when they are upset, and it helps to calm their thoughts. People prefer listening to music when they are exceedingly joyful, such as at special occasions, gatherings, and celebrations, and it fills their lives with colors of happiness. The musician's passion is to make music that reaches people's hearts and makes them addicted to it. There are only a few musicians that understand the art of composing music that plays with people's moods and emotions. Creating music may be thrilling for the musician as well, because the musician is someone who is dedicated to their industry and works hard to deliver high-quality music so that everyone can smile. I wanted to be a singer for a lot of reasons. I actually listed some of them.

Improves your listening skills:

Since a result, it is clear to everyone that performing music needs excellent listening abilities, as artists must pay close attention to each and every node, as well as every element of the music.

The way he improves his listening skills is dependent on the music, because listening carefully determines where you need to fix yourself. The essential thing to focus on and listen to are the pitches of music, and the musician must concentrate on the low and high pitches. As a result, playing any musical instrument improves and enhances one's listening skills while also stimulating one's thinking.

Provide you with a sense of accomplishment:

All of the well-known artists and singers are ordinary individuals, just like the rest of us, but their love of music has given them a sense of identity and a name. They used to be unknown, but as they started making music, they became well-known. This is the feeling of accomplishment that comes from knowing that you became famous just by making good music. When you first started playing an instrument or played music for the first time, you never imagined that you would become famous, yet music can help you achieve your goals.

Music can help you express yourself and relieve stress:

You have complete control over what you play on the musical instrument, and you may play and create whatever style of music you desire, in other words, you can simply express your inner feelings through music. Musical therapy is a well-known phenomena that helps people cope with stress.

Working as a vocalist can be a thrilling experience:

Many singers are also looking forward to returning to work. While many people don't care for their employment and are only in it for the money, vocalists are frequently passionate about what they do and will, as a result, be more likely to stay motivated in the long run. Furthermore, if you work as a vocalist, you will experience a unique sensation every time you perform in front of an audience, which provides a thrill to many people who work in this industry. As a result, if you require an adrenaline rush every day at work and don't want to work in a monotonous setting, being a vocalist may be a good fit for you.

You might become well-known:

Even if only a small percentage of singers achieve fame, you still have a possibility to reach this level. In reality, if you are truly creative and ready to work hard, people may recognize you as soon as you walk down the street, and the longer you work hard, the more probable it is that you will eventually produce a song that will go viral internationally. As a result, if you've always wanted to be famous, working as a singer could be a fun method to achieve your goal.

Singers are not required to labor in a physically demanding manner:

You will not have to move large objects on a daily basis as a vocalist. While working as a singer can be emotionally draining, you will not be putting as much physical strain on your body as welders, roofers, or construction workers, which means you will have more physical energy when you get home. Furthermore, your risk of developing long-term health problems may be reduced since you will be less likely to have back pain and other spinal problems.

As good as it sounds, there are also a lot of cons of being a singer or just a musician in general.

This is not to hinder you or demotivate anybody but servers as a guide of some sort.

Only a small percentage of singers earn a respectable living:

One issue with being a singer is that you don't always make a lot of money. While a small percentage of skilled and fortunate singers make a lot of money, you'll often struggle to meet your bills. You may even be required to work for free at first until you establish a reputation in this sector and people are eager to pay for your singing services.

Many vocalists require additional income:

Many singers will have to have a second job to cover their bills because of their poor pay and revenue fluctuations. As a result, you will often have little free time and will be forced to work long hours every day to pay your bills. As a result of the long hours you must work, you may become more vulnerable to mental health concerns, and you may eventually lose faith in your ability to succeed as a singer.

You might not be able to afford any extravagances:

If you don't become renowned as a singer, you're unlikely to be able to afford any kind of luxury.

As a result, while some of your coworkers will be able to purchase nearly whatever you desire, you will often be envious of them because you will only be able to secure gigs that barely pay your expenses.

Singers frequently fail to save enough money for retirement:

Because of your low income and pay fluctuations as a singer, you will frequently be unable to save and invest enough money for retirement.

As a result, as you get older and are no longer able to work, you may find yourself in serious financial trouble, and you may even be unable to pay your rent.

As a result, old-age poverty may become a serious problem, and you may find yourself homeless on the streets.

Singers spend a lot of time away from home:

Another disadvantage of working as a singer is that you will spend a lot of time away from home.

Once you get a certain degree of celebrity, you will be required to travel across the country or perhaps the globe in order to maintain your high level of celebrity, which means you will rarely have time for your children or family in general.

Evening work is common for singers:

The majority of your concerts will take place in the evening or late at night.

As a result, many singers will disrupt their natural sleeping patterns, and sleeping disorders are extremely prevalent in this sector, lowering your overall quality of life.

These are only some of the things that comes to mind whenever I think of being a singer. It sound like a wealthy profession but its really not to be honest. its still up to people how they will decide on this kind of job. Again, this is not professional advice to take on but just merely an opinion.
