You can use these two constipation cures for a minor case of constipation or a chronic episode of constipation.

Juice from apples and pears

If you have a minor case of constipation, this cure will work for you.

Prepare fresh apple and pear juice in equal parts. This mixture should be consumed when you first wake up and one hour before bedtime.

Slightly hard pears should be juiced. If the pear is ripe, mix it whole with apple juice to make a thick beverage. Using the entire pear will provide you with more fiber. Remove the seeds but leave the organic type unpeeled.

Pears contain minerals, vitamins, and chemicals that aid in the cleaning of your colon, kidneys, and blood cells.

Juices of apples and prunes

If you suffer from chronic constipation, try this constipation cure. You can speed up your peristaltic movement by consuming prune juice instead of just apple juice.

This is how you do it.

You can produce fresh apple juice with a juicer and drink 3-4 cups each day if you have one. You can also consume store-bought apple juice, but make sure it's fresh squeezed rather than pasteurized or flash pasteurized. If fresh apple juice is not available, use flash pasteurized apple juice.

Buy your juice in glass containers if possible.

Plastic containers are processed using solvents that stay in the container walls and gradually outgas into the apple juice. This out gassing is more severe when plastic containers are stored in hot places.
